I've been coming to Brianna for several years now and i've only had positive experiences with her! Whenever I show a picture of what I want for my hair she has the perfect eye for matching the colors for my hair type. When she cuts my hair it grows out so nicely that I only have to come back twice a year. In past experiences at other salons, they cut it and I have to come back multiple times a year to maintain its shape. Brianna is not one to pressure you into any hairstyle or treatment. After looking at some reviews, I decided to go with Alexandra! She was amazingly helpful and transparent. I had bleached and dyed my hair a year ago, but let it grow out. Because of how much hair I have, a lot of stylists have refused to cut my hair shorter than shoulder length; they were afraid of how poofy it could get. I booked with Krista for eyelash extensions, this is by far the best experience I have ever had at a salon, they do it all. But as I said I specifically came to Krista to get my eyelash extensions and when I say her work is beyond phenomenal and nothing short of astonishing I mean it with everything I have. Her craft is absolutely beautiful the ambiance and vibe she has created is beyond exceptional. Krista is so professional, friendly, funny, down to earth. It was definitely a great time! So comfortable you can fall asleep while she works her magic or you can have a great conversation with her. She's definitely a people person. I'm very shy and I suck at small talk but that wasn't the case at all she makes it incredibly easy to talk to her and there is no awkwardness what so ever. I was so Incredibly happy with her work on my lashes! I have never booked ahead as soon as a service was done but with Krista I was like definitely yes I want to book again please put me on the schedule lol! If you take care of your lashes the way she instructs you to they will stay put until your next fill. Everyone is different obviously but my experience was superior. Ive been booking every two to two and a half weeks ever since and plan to book as long as I can lol . I've been going for a few months now and I even go in for mini fills just because it's such a good time the set up is awesome. It feels like you're going to one of your girlfriends to get your beauty service done! This review is for Kristina Lopez. She is a hairstylist there and due to her, I had one of the worse experiences. It started with me waiting 30 mins after my appointment time since she decided to do favors for friends and family with no appointment time. She never apologized. The next time I came, she had another hairstylist do my washing and drying of hair since again she had another client in my chair. She doesn't value her customers, only their money and forcing add-ons. She lacks professionalism and is a child running around with scissors. There's no consistency or communication. Never offered me a drink both times I came in. She is a very awkward and a rude individual. What doesn't help, is her forcing conversation for tips while a girl just wants to get her hair done and relax. Learn to respect your customers lady, they pay your bills.
