Both nail salons I go to were closed today... I'm guessing they took an extended holiday but I was in desperate need to get my nails done. I'm very picky about where I go to simply bc nobody does them exactly how I want & I don't like wasting money lol. I called here due to good reviews on Yelp & set up an appointment. I waited 3 minutes from the moment I arrived, if that which is great! I know a lot of salons that say they take appointments then when you arrive they still have you wait 10-15 min. A lot of selection for polishes, well organized racks, & beautiful, clean salon. It is very Zen on the inside. My tech was Alex & he was friendly towards me & his co-workers. Someone had come over to ask him for advice & he gave it to them without rolling his eyes or making them feel inexperienced. My nail shape is called coffin & he was a PERFECTIONIST, making sure he got it just right for himself then when he thought the shape was right he double checked with me to be sure I liked it. One thing I did notice is the pricing is slightly higher than what I usually pay so I docked half a star for that. Then shortly after I got home I noticed my thumb & pointer aren't the same length on both hands but it isn't extremely noticeable so I docked half a star for that which came out to 4 stars. He didn't check the lengths on each hand before filing, buffing etc. Those are my only complaints but other than that I'm pretty satisfied! read more

It was really a nice salon but I will never get gel nail polish again. I get gel polish almost every two weeks but I decided to try a new salon since it was closer to my house. They put nail bonding on my nails which made them even more fragile. It was the thinnest gel polish I have ever seen. And it started peeling hours later. I was so irritated. I just went on today after work so I got there at 6:30 and they had a full house! I needed acrylic removal a full set and a pedi! I wasn't aware that they closed at 7:30. But even though I came close to closing time they never once made me feel like I was a pain or any thing. Tech Emily was great! She took her time on my nails but not to the point that she was moving to slow. I also had another tech work on my nails as well and he was just as great! I'm so happy the owners opened their own salon! It's in a great location next to Lulu's and Fresh Thyme. The salon is nice and well decorated, with fancy pedicure chairs. They take some getting used to as the massage can be a little intense, but once you figure out the settings they are really nice. I've gone to the nail tech for years at her previous salon and definitely think this is a step up. The owners are fabulous to work with, especially since I have a bad habit of ruining my big toe before we even get to nails... My last gel mani has lasted over two weeks while at the beach, pool, and doing dishes and unlike the prior review, my nails are quite strong. You can't beat the price, time and quality... and there is a tip line in case I forget cash! read more

I came several times: wasn't too happy, but kept on trying since it is so close to my home. Last week I came with my daughter: the manager/owner was not there, but there wasn't any wait, so we decided to try it again. The quality of service was even worse: my heels were not cleaned properly and I had to ask several times to redo it. The young lady was very unhappy with my request. My gel chipped after two days: my daughter's manicure lasted even less. I called today to talk to the owner and was told to stop by and get new polish change. No apology or offer to refund my money (I truly did not call for that). Would jot suggest this place even if you desperate. read more

My pedicure was great each element took his time it a great job and put on my gelcoat properly but just a little bit more expensive than what I anticipated. my full set however was done and it's just more less lack of experience and it wasn't exactly what I want and it was not personable experience at all and I even have some bubbling with my gel polish that I paid extra for. read more

First time customer. The services were okay, decent perhaps. The customer service and follow thru was pitiful.. My mother who was turning 100 had a technician who never spoke to her, finished her and never said a word, never checked to see if the polish was dry. I had same experience. It felt like I was bothering her to speak to her. Since friendliness is part of a good nail salon I'd have to say this aspect is lacking. Nails are peeling after two days. read more

So confused with this place right now. I came two weeks ago and had no problem getting my nails done. Today I get here and they the blonde girl in the front says we're pretty booked, but there was hardly anyone in there. Mind you 2 weeks ago it was super packed! She then says appointments only. I honestly think it had something to do with my son being with me. He's 8 and I've never had a problem taking him places as he is well behaved. Last time I came I spent 82.00 on my fill in and pedicure and was planning to become a regular because I was pleased with Eric's work. I will take my money elsewhere. I have been to this salon just 2 other times before today and my nails were just "okay" but today I was pleasantly pleased. I received the WORST service of my life at this nail spa. I called them when they first opened at 9:30am to schedule an appointment. I asked specific questions because I was having high end nail extensions filled. With the young lady on the phone I spoke about the difference between gel fills (advertised on their site) & regular acrylic fills. After our discussion I make an appt for a gel fill at 2pm. I showed up for my appointment and the owner told me he is the only one who knows how to do gel fills & he's booked all day. He explicitly told me, " the only one here that can do a gel fill & I don't have time for this." I was disappointed and confused as to how the procedure I scheduled an appointment for was not available. I could have continued calling around. Terrible service. It was a waste of my time & gas. I will never return & I recommend you don't either. Note: I have never made a negative review of a business but this was so egregious I had to share. read more

I'd give 5 stars but let me explain the reason they got 3 stars from me... Came and was greeted with a kind smile so I'm like cool this is going to be nice... Boy was I wrong... Tina did my pedi and my hands... Pedi experience was bad due to her taking calls while doing my feet water got cold I didn't get the message with warm towels none of that she clipped around my toes and clipped so much it hurt started to bleed just a little not much ok that's over. Hands she seemed frustrated because I asked her to take a nail off she tried to tell me it was straight my finger was just crooked no ma'am i know my hands she fixed did them done it was ms Emily who allowed me to leave with a smile. She did a great job on my art work however it would have been nice to know prices upfront verses the end and you ask for a 100 dollars smh other then this clean place read more
