My friend got me a groupon as a gift. I called Nik and he immediately answered and was able to set up an appointment about two weeks out from when I called. He was a cool guy and was able to get the job in about 2 hours without needing much from me, so it was great that I could work in my office and trust him out there! The car ended up looking great- super clean and 0 dog hair left over (which is a miracle). I added on carpet shampoo and was very happy with how that turned out too. Bought Groupon detail for 4 cars. Difficulty booking and when we were able to we were immediately hit with unexpected up charges. Not to be deterred we made appointments for 2 cars for one day and 2 for a later date. Nik arrived and asked for more money again for cleaning pollen and more again for dog hair. We reluctantly agreed as he was here and we wanted the job done. After he left we inspected his work. There was significant grime and dirt left on one car. Also considerable dog hair. We assumed he'd want to address these gross oversights. He chose not to and made several excuses. I would never use him again. read more

I seriously hope this guy can clean a car, because he provided the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. He does not answer the phone, the business voicemail is poorly set-up and he only will call you back in the late evening. I tried to schedule my service and he argued about additional fees and was generally rude. The only reason I kept working with him is because i had a groupon for the service. He called later to reschedule because he was no longer available. When I called him back, he said that I was the one cancelling. When I reminded him that he was the one who had the scheduling conflict, he continued to have an attitude. I said I couldn't believe how rude he was being. He said I should get a refund for my groupon and hung up on me. Stay away from this business, it is not worth having someone you are giving money to treat you this poorly. read more

This guy is a total asshole. I bought a Groupon for mobile detailing. He asked if I wanted seats shampooed for $70. I did yes. The day of detailing, he sent a bill for $89.72 beforehand. First he said it included tax and gratuity. I asked if he'd already added a gratuity. He said yes, then no. He has added tax and 18%. I canceled shampooing. He was dishonest, and I don't believe he should decide if and how much I should tip him, especially on a job that hasn't even been done. He started getting rude, then told me I owed him $32.72 for tax on the Groupon and gratuity. Groupon states they collect the tax, but he kept sending me a picture of a piece of paper that said I had to pay tax and gratuity and telling me to look at "redemption" on my Groupon. This was stated nowhere on my Groupon, but he kept sending the same texts and telling me "nice try," long after I stopped responding. You don't want this dick at your home. read more

I saw a Groupon offer for Niks auto salon. I ordered 2 deals but in phoning Nik asked if he could do a third vehicle. Nik was great we agreed a similar deal for the third car. Nik text before he turned up and then phoned when he was about 15 minutes away. I had two saloons and an SUV. To be cleaned being a Groupon I expected that some corners might be cut when it came to the cleaning. I couldn't have been more wrong. Nik went to town on all three cars the attention to detail (pardon the pun) was amazing. Even the wife's SUV which was dirty inside. ( wife amazes me she has the house spotless but the car resembles PigPen from Charly Brown) she can get crumbs where crumbs can't even get. After Nik was done it was spotless. My car and my daughters the same. Will definitely be going back to Nik when the wife has done her stuff again lol. read more

Our car looks near new again! This was the second time we purchased a Groupon for the "Gold" service which provides an excellent value. Nik confirmed the appointment in advance and arrived at our house on the scheduled day within the specified time range - great! We had our garden hose and an electrical extension cord plugged in ready for his use as requested in the Groupon details. There were no extra charges beyond the voucher's value - tax and gratuity are additional, of course. Be sure to call in advance because Nik is busy and fully booked a few weeks out. I wanted my car cleaned up for sale. I figured that "detailing" meant a thorough clean, including places and things I couldn't have done myself. Instead, I spent an hour finishing the job. I didn't pay him extra for "shampooing" the inside, but expected him to wipe down the vinyl - which he didn't. He considered my old subaru wagon to be an SUV, so I had to pay extra for him to clean the back. He didn't even wipe down the mat, or at least not as well as I was able to clean it in 20 minutes. Some things were cleaned on one side of the car and not the other. There was dirt in wells that I was able to get out no problem. Many areas weren't wiped down at all. I'm not a perfectionist, but I do a better job when I do it myself. Nik is a charming fellow, but It was a complete waste of money. read more

We hired Nik to detail our car using the mobile service he offers. Nik came to our house and worked hard for over two hours. We were blown away by how clean and shiny the car looked once he was done. He has an incredible attention to detail. No dirt was left behind. Not even a speck! At home we now call him Magic Nik and we asked him to come again to detail our BMW two weeks later. Nik consistently exceeded out expectations and we got lots of compliments from people on how wonderful our BMW looked. I bought a Groupon for Niks gold winterizing package. He showed up a few minutes late no biggie, after all he's coming to me. Unfortunately roofers I didn't know were coming at the same time and needed to be in the driveway to unload some stuff. Nick was really chill about it. Fortunately he didn't have any clients after. He waited about 45 min for them to finish before getting started. I've never actually had this car detailed and have owned it 4 years so it was pretty gross. I was fairly pleased with the results although I should have payed more for the shampooing I realized once the rest is cleaned up nice. I would recommend this service. read more

well I found this great deal on Groupon and called for an exterior Detail . it went from $ 99 to $300 real fast once I told him what kind of car I drive , without even seeing the car first . After reading some of these complaints and his unprofessional responses .... I dodge a bullet , employees late to appointments or not showing up at all , horrible work , calling out people because he didn't like their reviews in an very unprofessional way . He's got a long way to go about learning about running a business and customer service , regardless of some of his good reviews ... not really someone I want to do Business with .Note : bro .. thanks you just proved my point .. and actually I do know what I am doing as I do my own car for years . I'd like to tell you he did a great job ... but we never got that far. I scheduled a detail with Nik several weeks ago. On appointment day he starts sending me texts a few hours prior asking about COVID (no problem , I get it), stating the price (which I found quite acceptable). Subsequent texts tell me that if I don't respond, he will cancel. This over a 2 hour period ... only I can't respond. I'm a pilot and I have been in the air for over 5 hours.Passengers can send and receive texts, but it's not allowed for me, and with good reason. I call as soon as I land (still 2 hours before my appointment), but after a confusing back and forth, Nik tells me he can't do the car. I tell him I will be leaving a bad review. "Why didnt' you confirm yesterday?", I ask. "It's not my job to remind people", he responds. "Then why are you reminding me now?", I ask. "I only call 'day of', he says. Now our discussion becomes circular, and he threatens to leave me a bad 'customer' review. I kinda lose my temper, and I'm very regretful about that, it wasn't cool. Anyway, by that stage, I know Nik is not the guy I want to do business with, so I should have let it go. He texts me again later, and here it is: "Leave me a Bad Review..All Good.. I'll Leave you a Bad Review.... I waited 2.5 hours for you to get back to me.. Can't wait for people... If you want to reschedule.. All Good..No Problem.. Have a Blessed Day!!! I actually respond to Nik, and apologize for losing my temper. But I also reiterate that I don't think the fault is mine, and his policy is probably not a very good one. In fact, here's my response: "Nik, I wasn't ever a customer ... you ditched me before you did any work! You have to understand that not everyone can just drop everything and respond to you right away ... and when I'm flying an airplane from the East Coast, I'm one of those people! I could easily have confirmed everything with you yesterday. You say it's not your job to remind people ... I agree! I needed no reminder. But then you "remind " people on the day of work and when people like me can't respond right away, you bail! Not cool. I apologize for losing my temper with you, I hate to do that. But don't lay the fault on me. And if you respond to my review with one of your own, be careful ... you might lose more business than you save when people learn about your confirmation policy." I wanted to impress upon him that sending last minute texts and threatening to cancel if you don't respond (and yes, I consider 2 hours to be last minute, especially considering my work constraints) might lose him some business with busy working people. I honestly was not sure what to expect...there were some mixed reviews out there, but I was desperate, so I went for it...and I have found someone I will call first every time! I saw some detail Groupons and decided to contact each company individually for more specific details and pricing. Nik responded in the manner requested right away! He asked a few questions about my situation (I spilled 32 ounces of various coffees & teas with milk inside the front of my parents' luxury SUV and I was unable to clean it well enough to remove the stains & odor fully), and gave me options with pricing. My parents love having clean vehicles, so I decided to hire Nik for interior detail, exterior wash, and hand shampooing stains on both cars (one had no stains). The first appt had to be rescheduled, but Nik text me as soon as he knew he couldn't finish his other job in time. He & his assistant (business partner? sorry if I'm not giving her the right title) showed up on time and worked on both luxury SUVs for a minimum of 2 hours. Nik said the coffee stain would probably come back, but he would return free of charge as many times as it took to get it out for good. It did, and he came as promised! It only took that 1 extra hand shampoo! He & his associate wore masks (Nik did pull his down a couple times for the really strenuous work, but he informed me in advance he would need to do that). They also wore gloves. Payment was contactless via Venmo! Absolutely IMPECCABLE job! My Dad was AMAZED at how they were able to remove stains/marks/scuffs he thought were permanent! He said the interiors both looked like new, and I agree! Slight clean scent, but no obnoxious overpowering odors, which is a HUGE plus for my family. A friend commented on how our tires also looked brand new. I couldn't believe how long the clean effects lasted, either! We were all so impressed, we plan to have Nik back regularly to maintain the cosmetic condition of our cars! read more
