The worst customer service. I went in with my kiddo to get him new shoes. It took a minute to even figure out who was working there. A young woman asked if we needed any help. She was initially nice and offered to bring the style shoe he wanted out in a different color since his size wasn't avail. She said she'd order it if we liked it. I came into this location to exchange an online purchase with my daughter this past weekend. During the exchange process the young lady checking me out was speaking to another employee about a situation with another customer. She was being very inappropriate while she was doing my exchange and using a lot of profanity. I was shocked because not only was I with my teenage daughter. There was also a line of people that could over hear this exchange as well. Been here a few times and I have to say that it's VERY hit-or-miss with the employees. Some are helpful, the others clearly don't care. Every time I have visited, though, I have had to go find someone and ask for help. Not once has an employee ever approached me and asked if I wanted to try something on, if I had questions, how I was doing, etc. Maybe their approach is to be hands-off, but it just feels like they're too busy talking to each other. Once you do get someone to help you, hope that it's someone who cares. On two visits, I asked really basic questions about fitment of a shoe and got completely unrelated answers. I get it, you can't possibly know everything about every shoe, but don't just spout some gibberish about the history of that particular design. Just tell me you don't know or go ask someone else. Don't even bother to try calling this store !The manager insisted they can't handle customers in the store and customers trying to reach them by phone so she admitted turning the phone ringer off. So to see if they had a particular size in stock I drove 45 minutes to check for myself instead of simply having someone answer the phone and answer my question. What happened to multi tasking? Honestly, what kind of employees do you have that can't answer a phone call? You may have excellent customer service inside the store but if you ignore the other half of customers who need to reach you by phone, then your customer service sucks and you are only doing half your job! Wow! I must say that this has to be the nicest Nike store in Dallas. Very spacious and everything is so colorful and bright! When you walk in, every person working the floor knows everything you need to know about NIKE! So any questions that you have, go for it! They have a crazy amount of stock in appearl and shoes. Don't come here for clearence items, because this store has the lastest and greatest NIKE line-up! Everything from fresh fitted hats, to running gear, yoga and LeBron James stuff every where. I placed an online order for a pair of Nike shoes that were hard to find in stores. My order was ready for Curbside pickup on Friday afternoon. I parked in the designated parking spot for curbside and no one ever answered my calls. I then tried to call the mall and be connected with Nike to find the shoes I already paid for... no one ever answered. Then, I decided to call Nike corporate and they told me my shoes were lost in a warehouse... at this point I just canceled my order. my husband was at the store earlier this morning just casually shopping when he noticed that they had some lost and founds 1s. He stood in line hoping to get one since he's been wanting the shoe, when an employee assumed he had already purchased one and kicked him out of line. My husband was confused since he hadn't stepped foot in that store all day so for this employee to do such thing is unacceptable. It makes me wonder if they were kicking valued customers in line, people who truly wanted the shoe just so they could backdoor the leftover pairs. Everything is a business so the fact that these rude employees are picking and choosing is just plain out unprofessional. I would've let this one slide but they did the same thing to me 2 weeks ago. If they don't want to sell a shoe then why even put it out? My husband couldn't do anything to prove that he hadn't bought one but the manager said there was nothing he could do like what? makes no type of sense. Dennis, the shift supervisor, needs retraining. He and his coworker embarrass us in front of other customers. They accuse us of stealing their $50 off card. Our card didn't get activated when giving to us two weeks ago. They even admit that too but insist us showing the receipt. We don't keep the receipt when we intend to keep the merchandise. I show Dennis the transaction from this store on our credit card statement. See picture. He would rather lose a customer than give us $50 off. Finally!!! Dallas gets a legit Nike Store. NikeStores typically sell all the things that you can find at nikestore.com however, in addition to those you get alot of the local sports team gear, and college team fan gear. This is awesome considering Nike is doing the NFL jerseys this year. Also, NikeStores always get the limited release shoes that hit their stores which aren't available online or are much harder to purchase online. This store is huge, and they have lots of nice gear. For the longest time all we had was the Allen Outlet location which is also nice but its pretty sweet to get the cream of the crop products. Training for the Nike Women's Marathon is no joke, and even though we were on vacation in Dallas. We still have to train! :) Training was difficult on my husband, though, because his shoes had no support for long distances. He knew he wanted some Lunarlon shoes, but for whatever reason, he had yet to pull the trigger. So, while in Dallas at the North Park Mall, we happened to pop by this Nike store, and thought it would be nice to go in to take a peek. The store has a very nice layout, and the variety of shoes available is staggering! My husband saw the Lunarlons and lo and behold, he saw the Lunarlons in his favorite color, purple! We bought them immediately and are very happy with our purchase. Service was great, and the guy who helped us was a sweetheart. Everyone was really nice, and I love that they have news on local running and sporty events people can participate in at the cashier's, so you can check those events out while your purchase is being processed. So recently I had just quit Nike and I had a pair of air forces I had just bought recently but got the wrong size on accident. I go to this Nike to try and do an even exchange for just a different size. Managers tell me I'm not allowed to even though we do even exchanges all the time at a different Nike I work at. Absolutely horrible experience. Had to order a pair of shoes with express shipping to get in Friday when I needed them Saturday for a child's birthday, when the shoes didn't arrive I check tracking and it says they won't arrive til Monday (???) so while I'm wondering why I was charged the extra $20 on express shipping I call customer service first thing in the morning and they tell me there is a retail store near me who has one pair (!!!) I just have to call when they open at 11am their words. I called at 9am anyway to be safe, the phone Also says 11am opening time. I call at 11am and APPARENTLY THEY CHANGED THEIR OPENING TIME TO 10AM THIS WEEK AND ALSO A CUSTOMER CAME IN AND BOUGHT THE FINAL PAIR WITHIN THAT HOUR..............so I'm just screwed, because nike fucked up on multiple instances, and my friends child won't receive their sneakers before flying back to Mexico indefinitely. I'm so incredibly gutted and disappointed by this experience, over $100 down the drain. I never write reviews but felt compelled to after getting some great customer service at this Nike store. My husband is a high school football coach whose head coach ordered pleated Nike golf pants for the staff to wear during games. Well, the younger coaches decided they would rather have flat-front pants, so we brought four pairs of pants to the store to exchange them. They first helped us over the phone before we even committed to making the 45 minute drive, and when we arrived we picked up right where we left off to get the problem solved. It was complicated to exchange the pants because they aren't carried in store and we couldn't find them on the regular Nike website. The staff at this Nike had to do some major detective work online to find us the sizes and colors we needed. I felt like 5 or 6 people who work there had enthusiastically joined the effort and were determined to help us get rid of the pleats! We eventually found the right style and color through a special search engine available only to employees, not the general public. One guy, who I think was the manager, even offered to order them from a golf store supplier and meet us in person somewhere since he lives in our suburb, which is a good 45 minute drive from the store. In the end we were able to track down the pants online, make the exchange and the pants were delivered to our door four days later, just in time for team pictures. We now have four very happy coaches who will not be forced to wear the pleated pants. (Hallelujah! As they say: look good/play good/coach good.) Thank you for your excellent service. read more

Monday July 15 at around 5:15pm my daughters and I were in Dallas and experienced horrible customer service at this store. We walked in and two sales women looked at us and didn't say hello, or can I help you, they just ignored us and my 17 year old daughter said "they looked at us and rolled their eyes and walked away"!! Please review your video and watch the short woman with bleached curly cropped hair, and the woman with dark shoulder length hair in women's running shoes department shun my daughters and I shopping. My eldest daughter picked up a shoe almost touching the saleswoman literally crouched on the table, and she looked at her, spun around and walked away. Don't believe me? Go look at your video! We were all speechless by their blatant rudeness. I'm perplexed why the seemed to judge and hate us just by our presence? We had to go to the department next to it and a nice young man helped us. i've been calling this store every. single. day. since august 4th. it's currently august 13th and they haven't answered. i call 6-10 times a day FOR THE LAST 9 DAYS. and they haven't answered. my father ordered shoes for pickup and ended up getting covid so he asked me to pick them up. when i went and explained the situation, they told me he HAD to be there to pick them up or else they would cancel the order. i showed them a picture of his id, we had the order confirmation email, his phone number, and even offered to call him and have them speak with him to ensure it was really our order. after calling repeatedly to try and explain the severity of the situation further, they have not answered. the store is 45 minutes away from me, and if i have to drive almost an hour there and back, and end up unable to get the shoes I PAID FOR, i will be livid. read more
