They still have my money and I'm stuck with a fake jacket. Updated - 4.24 Paid for 2025 Arcteryx Beta Jacket and received a 2017 Sawyer Jacket. Why would this company have 8 year old product with new packaging...? My guess: new management is making some BAD decisions. I would say bad "business" decisions, but based on the reviews, it seems likely, they're ignoring any core business principals and resorting to questionable antics. - allowing staff to treat people without --dignity and respect (great way to lose customers and better way to lose good staff). -Bait and switch (where are you sourcing 8 year old product in new packaging?- one can only imagine) -Rude behavior in store. Seems like the original owners are legit and they must have worked VERY HARD to earn the trust of local customers, growing the business and brand since 1978. I assume they are paying someone to manage the business , and they too, aren't getting what they paid for. Someone should let them know the person in charge is destroying what they worked so hard to build. - oh, and potentially blocking legitimate reviews on the website - I can only speak for mine: submitted , verified, and never made it to review page. The review page reads like google reviews: weird names, lack of specific content, ... you know

On August 11th, I visited the Nike store at NorthPark Mall with my son and made purchases totaling $574. While the shoe department initially provided satisfactory service, my experience in the apparel and checkout areas was highly disappointing and reflects poorly on store management. Despite carrying over $550 worth of merchandise, we received no greeting or offer of assistance while browsing apparel. The real issue, however, occurred at checkout. Originally, two employees were working the registers, but one left, leaving only a single associate to handle four families in line and a lengthy customer dispute at the register. After waiting several minutes, I approached an employee at the front of the store (later identified as acting manager Rachel) and politely asked if additional staff could be called to help at checkout. Instead of offering support or even a courteous explanation, she responded rudely that they were "very busy" and no one else could assist. This response was not only abrupt but unprofessional, especially given that the store was not busy. In fact, I soon found the original shoe salesperson standing unoccupied and conversing with another associate. Meanwhile, downstairs on the women's floor, we observed a much better example of customer service: two employees staffed both available registers, ensuring the line moved efficiently. This incident raises serious concerns about Rachel's ability to lead, manage the floor, and engage customers appropriately. Effective managers set the tone for the store and demonstrate customer care even under pressure--something that was entirely lacking in this interaction. The lack of professionalism diminished my shopping experience to the point that I regret my purchase, though time constraints prevented me from walking away. I share this feedback as a training opportunity: customer service, leadership, and communication skills should be prioritized in management positions. My son and I left highly disappointed, and I will be sharing this experience with others so they understand the level of service they may encounter at this location. read more

Only thing nice about this store is the merchandise otherwise it's full of clowns working there from The tall slender stick man manger to the large pepper Ann. It gives zero stars and oh yeah fix y'all damn ac. It's s no way a company that makes this much money should have shitty ac, I'm sick of that being the reason y'all "closed". read more

All of the "normal" items on wall displays, shelves, and countertops. These are the items they keep in stock for the most part. This is on the first floor that everyone has access to. Joseph came to us as we were looking around and asking about getting established for the more hard to get items. This is when the experience got really cool, as he took us upstairs. It felt like it was a special place that many others may not know about or get to see. Lot's of nice high end items and bags. Tho the bags that require waiting lists, they only have "samples" hiding in the back. Joseph got out the Kelly and the Birkin. Of all of the bags that my wife was looking at today at this Beverly Hills in Dallas, I liked these the most, as the bags were elegant but didn't have any crazy emblems or some outstanding signature item that screams "look at me" when you walk around with it. It's a bag for a personal decision, the personal knowledge of knowing you have the best without showcasing or trying to be a stand out. Joseph was so helpful, so friendly, and very attentive to my wife and what she was eyeballing. He offered to show her anything she took an interest in, it didn't matter what it was. She now has his number to message and send pics of any items she finds so that he can try and locate it. He was with her from the time we walked in to the time we left. We didn't buy anything this day, tho he was very helpful in explaining that if she sees a bag, they a put her name on it when it shows up. Those that don't know, these are hand made and high end. They are expensive, but they can be considered an investment same as any piece of jewelry. If you go, ask for Joseph, he was the best and so friendly and kind.
