I'm not sure why this location has low reviews. I had a great experience. Came here on a Saturday around 11:30 am. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but it always is at Lenox, so I digress. I came to pick up a pair of sneaks I bought on the website. I got the email my order was ready timely. I came to the store and was greeted by an employee soon after walking in. I picked up my order and also browsed the store, both levels. They have a decent selection, some shoes not available on their website. My son purchased shoes online for the new school year. They looked amazing. Unfortunately the sole of the one shoe started to pull apart in less than a month. He started a return online and was able to bring it to this store and get a gift card immediately to purchase new shoes. It was super convenient, plus the store is well laid out with new styles for kids and women's shoes and clothing on the first floor. There is a second level which I imagine is men's shoes which my son and husband climbed the stairs to check out, but the big comfy couch on the first floor beckoned to me after a long work day! Great customer service and spacious layout displaying the latest and greatest Nike shoes and fashions for the entire family. My husband knew that they have free parking even though there was a gate to their surface lot adjacent to Peachtree Road (just north of the valet area). So we got rock star parking for free on a Tuesday evening an hour before the store closes! My feet said thank you! read more

Nike Atlanta is located within Lenox Mall in Buckhead. I use to visit this store often when I lived closer, but now that I stay so far away, I only visit when I'm lucky enough to hit Early Access on the Nike SNKRS app. The Parking: Since this store is inside the mall, there's free parking, but you just have to find it. Every time I come to Lenox, I always find it difficult finding good parking, because the mall is always so packed! Unless you get lucky, be prepared to park in the back of the lot. The Service: The service is decent. Nothing to rant and rave about. Nobody really speaks to you unless you need assistance. Take that as you wish lol. The Atmosphere: Super nice store! There are two floors! The women and kids are downstairs, whereas the men sneakers and apparel are upstairs. Overall, it's cool. It's Nike. If you wanna visit...Just Do It. read more

HORRIBLE AND OUTRAGEOUS customer service experience at Lenox Square Nike this evening while purchasing Nike gift cards. AND I NEVER COMPLAIN!!! Despite one of them wearing reindeer antlers, the two young ladies working the checkout area ( in the returns and pickup section of the store) were definitely not in the Christmas spirit this evening. I ran in a few minutes ago to grab a quick gift card. As I approached the counter to pay, I was met with frowns and no audible greeting. And that was the high point. Soon thereafter the two referenced female Nike employees subjected me to an unfathomable level of rudeness, hostility and dismissiveness. Stunned by their behavior, I completed my purchase and immediately sought out an in-store manager. While I waited at the opposite end of the store to speak with a manager, those same two employees intermittently glared and pointed at me. This was my first, and likely last, visit to the Lenox Nike store. Sadly, the only bright spot was the reaction by R., an onsite manager. She appeared to be deeply troubled by my experience and promised to take corrective action. For the sake of other Nike shoppers, I certainly hope so. read more

Marcus, Marcus, Marcus...exuded all sorts of great customer service. Even though I wasn't able to walk out with my new kicks. All good, as with the quickness of two hand held devices, he placed my order online, I paid & my shoes will arrive on Tuesday. You have to wait in line until granted access, with entering on the upper level & exiting on the lower level. Unfortunately, two of three Hand Sanitizing machines weren't working, although I keep two different sanitizing agents on me. Store/layout is well organized & tidy. I like the tag team system, as one employee asks for a product & another employee delivers it. The overall store has a futuristic ambience to it with various sections for the different activity needs. I'll keep to ordering online nonetheless. read more

Not sure why we have to drive so far to purchase Nike shoes, but apparently there are limited quantities/selection closer to home. This is a 2 story location at Lenox Mall. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but eventually we got one reasonably close as we were only shopping at Nike in this mall. Lower level is where the sports shoes are located. We told Tyler what we were looking for, he gets on his mic and requests stock from the back and within a minute or two the shoes appear - nice service! We went in to see the shows and saw the online order section. I went over to see our order. I then went to ask if we were supposed to bring it the register. The nasty man behind the register said rudely "don't touch anything over there". Poor customer service - send this man to training to send him to Payless Shoes. Service here is BAD, I had to hunt down associates who looked at me like I was interrupting their conversations. They didn't know the product well and tried to persuade me to get something that I didn't want just because it was easier for them to find on the floor. Sizes were on the incorrect hangers and the athletes (sales associates) didn't even offer to check for my size in the back or at another store. read more

My personal experience here has always been positive. I went here looking for a particular item for my fuel band and I approached a young man that worked there and asked him about the item. He told me he would be right back and came back with the item. The item I was looking for I don't think they sold but the guy had an extra one and gave it to me. I was super happy about that, I felt like that was my blessing for that day... Everytime I have visited this location I have had a good experience.I've never had any problems or issues here personally. Customer service here is great and all the employees are pretty friendly. This Nike store is pretty spacious and has more than one floor so If you're looking for something sporty you should be able to find it here. As part of my boyfriend's birthday, I wanted to get him some new athletic wear. He loves Nike, so we decided to swing by there at Lenox Mall. Due to COVID, we had about a 15 minute wait to even get in the store, and we were both really disappointed in the lack of merchandise. He did find one new shirt, which looks great on him, but otherwise the apparel left a lot to be desired. The men's collection in particular seemed really lackluster and what they did carry was mediocre to just plain odd. Now we didn't really investigate the shoes, so maybe that end of things was better, but overall super limited in what they had to offer. I am not a big fan of Nike, so we didn't even pursue the women's section. I find their quality to be subpar, especially their socks, which get holes super fast. I'm trying to turn him onto my brand, which yes, it's a bit more in cost, but sooo much better in quality. He has a few items from there, and he loves everything I've gotten him. Disappointed trip for sure, but I have to say I was pleased the shirt wasn't crazy expensive. Better to shop online and save the hassle of the lines and poor product selection. read more

Nice overall store look and ambience. However the service is really bad here. Getting specific sizes and checkout are particularly atrocious. The selection is great with many different running clothing options from clothing to shoes but had limited sizes as we were looking for small and most items were out. This was over the holidays so could have played a part in the lack of inventory. Checkout was a nightmare. The wrong items were scanned and added and took forever to be resolved. Literally 30 mins when the transaction should take less then 2 mins. Bottom line: order online if you want Nike! This place is a nightmare to shop. read more

Hello, this post is specifically about Nike products. This is the second NIKE golf shirt I bought and it came apart. NIKE is using a glue adhesive on their performance shirts that does not stand-up even short term. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy any NIKE clothing that have glued components. The picture is the glued back of my shirt coming apart that was returned to NIKE; worn maybe 3-4 times. I sent the shirt to NIKE, it was perfect except the glued back came apart and NIKE sent me a letter stating that it was not a design or manufacturer error...lol. You just lost future business for not standing behind your defective products. It is clear to see there is a problem with this product. Too many other great performance clothing companies out there selling product that last to waste time on NIKE. read more

The store is nice and large and they played great music, but the staff is a mess and honestly, quite rude. I called early to make sure that this location carried the type of sneaker that I was looking for since I live a bit far away and the employee on the phone was rude in his tone and in his explanation thus making me feel guilty for calling in the first place. It was a very disorienting experience. Once I arrived, it felt as if nobody could help me with anything I needed help with. First off, while the sneakers I was purchasing was sent to another register, I was left behind as the two employees failed to properly let me know what was happening or even introduce me to the other staff member who would be further assisting me. Once I paid for my sneakers, I then realised that I had a Nike gift card. I've been to plenty of other stores (even other Nike stores with better staff) and they had no problem fixing the purchase to include the gift card being used. The unenthusiastic, lazy employee that I was transferred to decided that he didn't want to help me and turned me away. I left the register already very disappointed. I took the box out of the bag and I guess it was my fault for not inspecting the product beforehand (it's their job to do that). They gave me a heavily damaged box. There was a huge dent in the corner and a very noticeable, three-way cut in the lid. I am a sneaker collector and these kinds of defects on exclusively reserved pairs are not acceptable especially since I paid for the product without discount. I asked an employee on the first floor if they could help me since the staff on the second floor was no help so far. She said she would try, but then proceeded to help another customer instead. Updating my reviews from 2010 and 2011 since the store has a new location. Still located in the Lenox Square, but now has a main entrance near Macy's and has two entire floors of Nike apparel and shoes , and for some reason, I spend more time in the store placing orders from the online site, so I can avoid the $8 shipping charge. I don't feel like they change their floor set very often, you can go in almost weekly for a month and it will mostly be the same items available, this is based upon the women section, I don't have to shop for men or children. I will says that since Kobe Bryant is on his last NBA leg, his "area" gets smaller and smaller by the month. My daughter and her friends frequently try and get new (re-relased) Jordan's when they come out, so I have been there a few times for that, and its done by raffle, which simply means, they set one day and designated time frame to get a raffle ticket and if you "win" they call you can give you an exact time and date to pick up the shoes, so this isn't one of those store where you can go and stand online 2 days before the shoes even come out. On the occasions I've gone in to get the raffle ticket, I tell you, its like a club. There's a dj and he is playing all the latest hip hop and you can hear it plainly and clearly on both floors. I went in and got fitted for a sports bra, when the lady did the measurement, the little handheld device she had said that Nike didn't carry one to fit me, so she asked what size i wear in standard bras, and I told her 40DDD, she stated, we have some triple D's and came back with a 38DD, for some oddball reason I allowed myself to be talked into buy it, only to get home and couldn't even get it on my back, but I was allowed to return it, no questions asked, so nothing ventured is nothing gained. Free online shipping to your home, and easy returns. The staff is way more helpful and friendly than they were in 2010 and 2011. I just wish they would update their product offering more frequently, its Nike and this is Atlanta. JUST DO IT!!! read more

I understand that COVID-19 has to lead to restrictions. However, the store really needs to think about customer service issues. There is a long line every day with the limit of customers allowed in the store. My issue is that they don't differentiate between customers that have a return or item issue. It can take over an hour to wait for the store to let you in, and my experience happened on a weekday. Making customers that need to return a purchased item wait for over an hour is just stupid. I'm not standing in line with a bunch of other people who aren't standing six feet apart or wearing masks just to return an item to their store. I hope this store gets shut down, and it's no wonder Nike lost $750 million this year. I'm never going to their store every again. read more

I am reviewing the brand new Nike Store location at the very front of Lenox Mall - right where Crate & Barrel used to be located. The previous reviews are several years old but this store is brand new. The good: it is beautiful, spacious and inviting looking. There was a friendly greeter who approached me right away and was able to answer my questions knowledgeably. The bad? NO plus sizes for women in the whole store even though the nearby Macy's and Nordstrom BOTH carry the women's sizes of Nike activeware. This makes absolutely no sense to me, as Nike has clearly recognized this market and offers women like me who require a workout top in a size bigger than teeny weeny a variety of quality and well designed activeware apparel at competing locations, but with a HUGE new retail store, it is not stocked here. Let me start by saying, I love Nike. I'm obsessed with workout clothes, and I liked niketown and nike women, yet since the change, I'm beginning to wonder where the clothes went. The now combined Nike Store, has got all the Nike glitz, big walls, lots of edgy displays, but there's like three racks of actual merchandise. Not a lot of variety, which is disappointing for a store that should technically have the entire Nike line, this is more like a showroom. What a waste of space. On another thought, the quality of their tennis skirts, is ridiculous. Who is in charge of designing these? What happened to the properly fitting, quality fabric selection. I think the tops and sports bras are still i line and top quality, but their tennis skirts are over-sized, thin, and leave something to be desired. read more

I have to say this is personally one of the most horrific displays of customer service I have ever seen. On Monday, 1/29/2018, I entered this particular Nike store roughly around 2:00 pm (there was probably 5 other customers in the store). Not only was I not greeted upon arrival into the store, but no one even asked me if I needed help. I am very big on customer service and it does determine on if I buy an item or not (seeing as I have worked in the field myself, in the shoe department at Lord and Taylor). Well I finally found a shoe I wanted, the " NIKE AIR HUARACHE CITY," the multi colored ones. Now, I am not the one to try on shoes unless I intend to buy them. I held the display shoe in my hand for 5 mins looking around for help. Mind you 4 associates were less than 5 feet away from me (having a personal conversation about random stuff among themselves), and a manager passed me. Not one person attempted to say hi or may I help you and I was in the store for 15- 20 mins. I am an avid Nike consumer. Matter a fact I had on Nike shoes, joggers and shirt that day, as did my brother, whom was with me. Everything about us said hey they look like they may buy something, but to no avail we were not helped. Sadly, I put the display shoe back. I purchased shoes online, and needed to return them because they tore soon after receiving them. I returned them at this store. As soon as I walked in, an employee greeted me and took me to the front, where a cashier was quickly able to give me a refund. All I had to do was show my receipt (I showed my email purchase confirmation). My refund was fast and the staff was friendly. read more

I spent $187 at the store, and found out the cashier purposely hide the $25 gift card from us. I walked back to the store immediately after I found out the record on my receipt. The Nike experience is extraordinary! Every employee is active and at attention to your needs. Dro who help me a while back seem to be attentive and very knowledgeable to my needs. This guy really knows his stuff. I had some problems with my heel and had been in some pain for quite some time. He got me in the right shoes which takes pressure off my heels (Lunar-glide 2016). I was super impressed with the customer service here. I felt so welcomed and no one pressured me. I was able to take my time and really settle in the new shoes. I even got on there treadmill.
