Went to Rosetta for their Flapper Friday and it honestly felt like stepping back in time. By day it's a charming artisan coffee shop, but at night it transforms into a cocktail bar with total speakeasy vibes -- dim lighting, jazzy tunes, and a playful nod to the 1920s. I had their signature yuzu cocktail, which was bright and refreshing, and we shared the passion fruit cheesecake that was super delicious -- creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced. Couldn't resist taking home a bag of their signature dark roast beans, which smelled incredible even before brewing. Such a fun spot that nails both the coffeehouse comfort and the late-night speakeasy feel. I'll definitely be back!

I feel like the concept of this is awesome and super cute, I love the fact that it is family friendly as well...not sure that those without kids love that lol. However I do feel, like others who have left reviews, that the execution of it all could be so much better-more on that later. I got a gimlet and my husband got the house Irish cream over a large ice. For me, both drinks were quite strong. My husband enjoyed both drinks so it could very well be me as I hardly drink. We also got the beignets and our kids devoured it. In terms of service, acknowledgement, and check-ins by staff, I feel like it was lacking quite a bit. I was there for a while, people saw me, but said nothing. Not a hi, not a we will be with you in a moment, legit nothing-I was ignored. Shocking? Like is it hard to stop a convo for a brief moment to say hi welcome to nightcaps at Rosetta? I guess so. I still waited and a woman approached 5 or so minutes later. I then had to ask if kids were allowed and she said yes so I called my husband to let him know we can all go and the woman disappeared again for a few minutes lol. Also that particular woman didn't smile at all. I don't expect anyone to be happy or smile all the time, buttt in the service industry it just felt strange? I'm not sure I would come back to be honest, but it's a cute concept just needs some work to strengthen the appeal and be a bit more welcoming.

Stumbled across this uber cute place to grab late night cocktails, mocktails, and indulgent desserts. This cafes serves coffee in the day and alcohol in the evenings. Seats are intimate tables and booths that are dimly lit and allow for conversation, not yelling, to flow. The drinks menu is extensive and both drinks we tried were spot on. The maple cake was rich and dense, just the way it should be. Service here was fast and friendly.

Ordered an espresso martini, tasted disgusting!! Asked the waitress if she can give me some sort of sweet cream for it and she stated "she won't do that!" Assuming she's talking about the bartender/owner? First off, customer satisfaction comes first!! Second, why not make the customer happy?? Third, drink ended up being taken back because she wouldn't do anything to help make the drink taste better!!! So she gets to eat the loss!!!! Never coming back here!!!!!!!!

What a gem! We love Rosetta during the day as a coffee shop. So we stumbled upon Nightcaps randomly one night. We were very intrigued! We've always loved the vibe of the shop, but even more so now at night with all the plants, twinkle lights, and Halloween decor. The have a great selection of cocktails to choose from. There's different types of coffee cocktails, traditional spirits, and even tiki inspired drinks. The most convenient part was having an ability to order from our phone at the table and the servers run it out to you. Everyone that works there is just as nice at night as they are in the mornings and they make our drinks exceptionally well. We are excited to come back and try more drinks. This time I decided to try their Spiked Hot Chocolate and my husband tried Niccos Old Fashioned.

I stumbled upon this cute little speakeasy-style night cafe after eating dinner in downtown Livermore. I got seated fairly quickly and there was a QR code on the table that led to the menu (you can order for yourself or as a group). They offer alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks along with various desserts. I ordered the spiked hot chocolate and my mom got the tiramisu. My drink came out and my mom said it smelled like almond (I'm allergic) so we double checked the menu and it said it contained amaretto- I didn't know that amaretto contains almonds since I barely drink and I apologized to the employee when I notified her. She was super kind and patient about the situation and offered to remake my drink with a different liquor. I opted for rum and it was amazing. I'm satisfied with my experience here, but I definitely recommend the cafe to put an allergen disclaimer on the menu!

I'm always on the lookout for charming places to enjoy creative cocktails, and last night felt like the perfect opportunity to finally experience Nightcaps at Rosetta. In the mood for a post-work drink, I walked in without realizing it was Tiki Thursday, and I was delightfully surprised by the fun theme. I've visited Rosetta for coffee many times, but the evening atmosphere was stunning. The dark, cozy interior was a pleasing contrast to the bustling, bright mornings I've experienced there. I started with their Forbidden Fruit cocktail. The adorable gem garnish was a whimsical touch I hadn't seen before. While the cocktail wasn't as sweet as I'd expected, I really appreciated its tart, smooth flavor. My date doesn't drink but thoroughly enjoyed his cappuccino, which was beautifully crafted. For an appetizer, we chose the artichoke beignets. I'd only ever associated beignets with dessert, so I was intrigued--and they did not disappoint. The bold flavor of the artichoke, paired with just a little arugula and lemon juice, was incredible. The plate originally came with five, but I couldn't resist eating one before remembering to snap a picture! For my second drink, I went with a classic: a raspberry lemon drop with a sugar rim. It was everything I wanted--refreshing, sweet, and perfectly balanced. We finished our meal with bread pudding, a dessert I'd never tried before. It was exceptional, and the highlight was definitely the house-made whiskey sauce that elevated every bite. While the food and drinks were fantastic, the best part of my experience was undoubtedly the spectacular service. Nico gave us the perfect introduction, guided me through the menu, and helped me choose both my first cocktail and our appetizer. Samantha, another staff member, later convinced me to try the bread pudding, which turned out to be the perfect way to end the night. I plan to try the dark daiquiri per her recommendation next time. What made their recommendations stand out wasn't just their expertise--it was their kind and passionate personalities that made the experience feel so special. The only minor downside was the lack of a physical menu. I find it distracting to have to look at my phone when I'm spending time with others, as it can take away from genuine connection. However, my overall experience was so exceptional that this didn't detract enough to warrant removing a star. Nightcaps at Rosetta has officially become one of my new favorite spots. I'll certainly be back soon to explore more of their fabulous offerings, and I can't wait to see what other recommendations Nico and Samantha have in store!

Stopped by with my family for a quick dessert after dinner. Unfortunately we had our dog with us so we wanted to just take the dessert for takeout -- however apparently we aren't allowed to! I think it had something to do with the fact that it's a cocktail lounge so we couldnt take home the cocktails, but we didn't want to we just wanted dessert! Anyways, my mom and I decided to go in while my brother waited with my dog outside. I will say we got the bread pudding and it was actually heavenly. The flavor, the texture -- absolutely love! However, it was a tad expensive for a little bread pudding. Also, it was extremely quiet and dim inside which was not was I was expecting because it was a cocktail lounge -- but maybe that's because I came on a Thursday night.

This is Expresso Rosetta at night and let me say it is absolutely fantastic. All the desserts are imported. The drinks are unique and delightful and they're made in-house and with local ingredients. The store itself is pretty great with a little shopping area so you can pick up last-minute gifts I go here about 3 to 4 times a week to get the sparkling lemonade because it's a delightful My Wife. She likes the coffee.

Another lovely presentation! The ratio of Spam to rice to seaweed was balanced and came with a tasty sauce drizzled overtop and a different one on the side. For brunch entrees, we had the ube waffles (one as is and one with chicken katsu), the kalua pork breakfast sandwich? And the poke bowl. The ube waffles are unique and delicious! They are topped with whipped cream, ube syrup, and a fresh fruit salsa; all complemented the waffles well. The chicken katsu was perfectly coated in panko and fried well. The poke was refreshing and came with crunchy pickled vegetables, edamame, and avocado; which was a healthy and tasty brunch dish! The Kalua pork breakfast sandwich was hearty and savory, and the potato salad completed the plate nicely. We finished our meal with the Hula pie. Must get, even if you don't have room!
