His dad's deux tornados were pretty raw considering he ordered them medium, and he said they didn't have a ton of flavor. I had the Berkshire Pork and it was admittedly exquisite: a big hunk of pork, gorgeous grits, amazing pomegranate and herbs. They offered us a free dessert (cheesecake) because we were celebrating. We ordered some drinks to start. For small plates, we got the crispy chicken wings and the lemongrass beef skewer. Both were amazing. The wings were sticky and had a nice spice to them. The beef skewer was really tender and flavorful. For large plates, we shared the bun cha ha noi and the crab and pineapple fried rice. The bun cha ha noi was deconstructed, but full of flavor with pork patties and braised pork belly. There was lettuce, sauce and pickled carrots to cut through it all. Amazing combinations of flavors. The pineapple fried rice was amazing as well. Full of flavor and just the right balance of everything. Definitely recommend to share a little bit of everything.
