Truth is the 2 technicians made note to me that my couch was very well cared for & was not too dirty. They showed me that the tank of water extracted from my couch was a pale grey color & some very dirty ones they have done, the water is black! Fiber Seal is the only company who touched this couch, first to protect & 2 x to clean. On this second time they also brushed the couch to remove big marks from their machine. The brushing took fabric off of the nap- big mess‼

When I was making calls to see who could come and clean our sofa, which was vomited on, they were the first to be able to quickly come out and with a reasonable price too! Then, they called about an hour before they were scheduled to come to see if they could arrive early. Even better? Best yet is that they saved our sofa in 30 minutes flat. I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them and am already talking to friends and family to recommend their services!

I connected with 3 for 1 Cleaning Services via Yelp Projects. I input the requested information…read morethrough the wizard and gave a detailed description of my home in the project details section. I was matched with several companies that provided quotes for the "move-in" service I requested. 3 for 1 Cleaning Services wasn't the cheapest option but they were certainly the most responsive and professional. Yelp chat itself is incredibly finicky but Amelia and I managed to hash out the details and schedule a day for the move-in cleaning service. Amelia was able to work with our schedule which I am incredibly thankful for because we needed the house cleaned as soon as possible. 2 Days after speaking with Amelia, I showed up to our new home early in the morning for our scheduled service and met with Nakia and Thomas. These 2 individuals were super nice and incredibly hard working. They did a fantastic job cleaning the house. All horizontal surfaces, floors, windows, bathrooms, back covered patio, oven, kitchen, and everything else we requested were very clean. My wife (who for some reason LOVES to clean) was very happy with their work and effort. I got them some breakfast, coffee, and Gatorade and stayed out of their way so that they could perform their magic. Gotta hand it to hard working folks. This house wasn't an easy task but they were apparently very much up to the challenge because they did a fantastic job. After they were done, I was able to pay for the service via CashApp (paid a little extra for their awesome work) and went on with my day. The experience as a whole was painless and great. I'll definitely use 3 For 1 Cleaning Services again if needed! And Nakia + Thomas, ya'll are invited to the BBQ.
