I used their move-out cleaning service, which I booked through Yelp for a fixed rate of $70. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM at my previous apartment. However, no one showed up or contacted me by 8:20 AM. When I called them, they informed me of an additional $30 charge due to the distance from their location, despite having my address beforehand. I reluctantly agreed, and they promised arrival by 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, they called again at 9:15 AM to cancel because they couldn't complete the service before their next appointment. An hour later, a manager called, apologizing and offering to send someone else. They provided options at higher prices: $129, $200, and $250. While the price jumped significantly from the initial $70, I agreed to give them another chance. After the cleaning, I was surprised to be told the cost was actually $200 in cash. I thought I had selected the $129 option, but they insisted I chose the more expensive service and that they only take cash. They mentioned accepting credit cards on their website, which wasn't communicated beforehand. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. Tried calling to setup appointment but no answer. Poor service. Then I got to researching and found that the owner is a multi-time fraud, has 54 charges for it. If you don't believe this go to arrest . org and type in Cachet Johnson and see for yourself. If you don't believe she owns it then go look up the LLC for this business. She is facing felony charges for fraud and has an active warrant and is actively involved in fraud. They use fake names on here. Who would want these people cleaning their homes?
