They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The ceiling fans were still covered in dust, the baseboards were never wiped down, and they mopped the floors without sweeping first, which just spread dirt around. Companies like Molly Maid include oven cleaning for a fraction of the price. After I complained, customer service called me, supposedly to address the issue. After spending nearly $1,000, I expected them to make things right--not waste more of my time. For the price they charge, the quality and customer service are simply unacceptable.
