Warm Texas welcome from Monty!! Recently relocated from California to Texas, we were looking for a company who could provide carpet cleaning services for our new home, using pet-friendly products. At first, we were skeptical about the 2 hour dry time (compared to the typical 1-2 day dry time we were used to from prior carpet cleanings)... but we found this method to be so much better! Effective process safe for pets and children, with very little dry time and no large hoses being dragged in through the house from a truck. This process actually lifts dirt and odors out of the carpet vs. trapping or masking the dirt and odors as some other processes do. Not only was Monty wonderful with his thorough explanation of the entire Oxi Fresh process; he was an all around great guy who truly cares about his customers. After reading the reviews on here I scheduled with Monty's company and it turned out to be an excellent decision. My dog was ill on a carpeted are of my rental home and I never imagined that anyone would be able to salvage the carpet and therefore my deposit. Monty came in and did a very thorough walkthrough with me to discuss my best options. He is very knowledgeable and I never once felt as though he was trying to take advantage of me with his recommendations. In fact, after listening to his suggestions I even asked if it would be enough to accomplish what I needed. He was quick and efficient and I was blown away by the results. Not only was he able to remain the stains I never thought would come out but the carpets looked even better than they had when I moved in! If I was staying in the area I would definitely be a repeat customer but as I am moving away all I can do is thank him for saving my deposit. read more

Terrible service. I was on hold for over ten minutes. After waiting I was finally able to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I waited and waited...no one showed up. I called a central number and was told I was scheduled for the next week. Interestingly, that would never have been a date I scheduled because I am scheduled to be on vacation. The great problem is that you never speak with the local company. You have an answering service and you are not given a local number to contact! Now I begin again...with all my furniture out of the room!!! read more

I've always had bad experiences with carpet cleaning, but Monty changed that in a hurry. He was pleasant to deal with and gave me all of the information I could ask for. Having 2 yr old twins, a dog & carpet can be unbearable. I thought there was no hope. Monty knocked it out of the park refreshing my carpet to a place I thought was out of touch. They gave me a quote over the phone of around $300. Tech came in and added rooms, hallways, and several add ons and ended up telling me that they needed nearly $900 for the service. Continued the hard sell and insisted that the add ons were not really optional and that we have to do it. Never have I had a similar experience with a carpet cleaning company. I ultimately paid them more than $800 for what appears to be the same job as other companies have done previously for around $300. I told them to go ahead with it since I needed to get off the phone and out of my house. I will never again hire them for carpet cleaning and will never recommend them. read more

Monty Shipp and his team, including Wyatt, John, and Tina assisted us this past week with cleaning two of our homes, and they did a fantastic job! At our new home which is 5600 square feet they cleaned all of the carpets and tile as well as the upholstery in the media room - "the trifecta"! In our old home they cleaned the carpet on the stairs and in the game room (see before and after pictures attached). We can't recommend Monty enough! He and his team were so responsive (were there when we needed them), positive, polite, and wonderful at what they do! Would absolutely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone! Our furniture was cleaned on Aug. 10, 2017 by Jordan. This was our first experience with Oxi Fresh and we are very pleased. Jordan cleaned a 3 cushion sofa and a recliner chair. Both turned our very nice, very fresh. We did not have carpet cleaned but if Jordan's attention to detail with the furniture is any indication of his thoroughness with carpet, then I would definitely use Oxi Fresh and Jordan again. We have never had a dog mess is the house. Well we were gone for the weekend and our dog must have been nervous with the sitter because he sure made up for never messing in the house before! I had a horrible mess on my 4 beautiful area rugs. Monty came in and was very honest with me and his concern of not getting them to perfection. Well he delivered! They are beautiful. I had an excellent experience with Monty! I'm not sure I've met a more pleasant person. There had been a delay due to another job running long, but he kept me apprised of the situation and took care of my house with great care and efficiency. I had concerns about areas where my older dog had gone to the bathroom in the house. He took special in those areas and assured me that if by chance I wasn't completely satisfied that he would come back and take care of it. I can't say enough good things about him! I tried to book online where they had a 3 room special for $99, but it didn't allow me to book it. So I called to schedule an appointment with Oxi Fresh and remained on hold for ~5 minutes while listening to the message that they answer calls within a minute and then a message telling me to leave my number so that they would call me back. I just hung up and called back in a few minutes. I spoke to Nicole who was very polite, and told her of the $99 advertised. She put me on hold for a few minutes and when she came back, she told me that they would honor that price if I would take a screen shot of their website and show it to the technician when he arrived. I asked why they couldn't just honor their own advertised price. She said that she didn't see that offer. I asked why she didn't just pull up their website. She said she couldn't do that and that unless I took the screenshot they wouldn't honor the $99 price, that it would be $142. read more
