My elderly mother had Dalworth come to our home to clean her room, office and 2 sets of stairs. He was done in 10m?? He didn't do what he was to do prep wise, he was rude to my Mother and then told her there would be an additional charge if she paid with her charge card.... so she paid cash. She did reach out to the manager, Shauna Calloway, and has printed correspondence where Shauna states they would refund $162.84 within a week because the check needed to come from corporate. It is now March 27th when my Mother reached out to them again... no check and was told by the lady who answered the phone that Shauna wasn't going to speak with her but they'd have corporate issue the refund check then... What kind of business are you running? Inadequate service, disrespectful techs in people's homes, not performing services that were scheduled, giving the elderly the run around .... Would love to hear what you have to say about that type of service. And yes, everything is in writing and everything has been recorded so the poor customer service from the moment the tech walked into our home to the lack of response to my mother is accurate. read more

Really disappointed with the service and quality of work. The cleaning tech (Tony) dragged our dining room chairs over the tile to the kitchen and left marks. These are very lightweight chairs! He left mud and water in the foyer after he was done but the topper was when he dumped all of the bio-waste in the road in front of the house and my husband had to clean it up! 24 hours later our floors are wet. We were the first appointment of the day. No one showed up. Called dispatch, were told that the guy was in "traffic" and needed to get gas but would be there in 15 minutes. No one still showed up. Spoke to the manager and they told me there was nothing they could do and were super rude. Eventually the guy showed up with his girlfriend that does not work for the company. We turned him away due to lack of professionalism and the fact that they were trying to bring a stranger in our house. These guys ROCK!!! We are new to the area and saw Dalworth on a local news station a few months prior to calling them. We had called on Monday and scheduled the technician(s) to come out Tuesday afternoon. Not only did they show up on time, they were VERY professional! They explained everything that they were going to do and what our price door would be. Mike &'Vince took the time to put towels down so they wouldn't mess up Our hard wood floors and clean up after themselves. They took pride in their work and wanted to be sure we were happy with the results as well. They are a little pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for. My house has been in need of a good carpet cleaning since waaaay before my last party (which was in January), so you can imagine how dirty the carpet was. Some areas were so stained with dirty I thought there is NO WAY they can get this cleaned. So I thought hmmm I should call Dalworth - mainly because their sing-songy commercials are seared into my brain taking up valuable space. Appointment booking online was easy. Of course, they had to call me back because I live in a condo and they have to use a portable unit. They only bring out the portable cleaners on Mondays. So much for getting the carpets cleaned up while I had my parents here to be at home for them. Anyway, my appt was today between 9 and 11AM. Two guys showed up (Kyle and Kylon?) at around 9:20 and seemed to be quite friendly. One of them started playing with my cat immediately so big props to him. They prepped the carpet, quoted me how much it would be to fix the two runs in the carpet, and got to work. They finished a little after 11 and HOLY SHIT BALLS the carpet looks ahmazing! They fixed the areas that were messed up and the carpet actually looks beige instead of some dingy mix of gray and brown. Amazing!! I also got 25% off the cleaning although fixing the two problem areas pretty much eliminated all that savings. And when the guys left, they cleaned the wood floor where the machine had dripped some water. Overall I thought the appointment process was fairly simple, the wait time was reasonable, the guys were professional, and the job was phenomenal. We all know the commercial, let's sing it together.... "call 267-8433 because the next best thing to new is Dalworth clean". I think it has been the same commercial for the past 20 years but apparently it works, because when I needed an area rug cleaned, Dalworth immediately popped into mind. Water overflow problem, bedroom area rug partially soaked... ringing it out level soaking. The process was easy - google, call, schedule pick up for the next day, returned in a week and placed back in the bedroom, including putting furniture back where it belongs. Pros: Easy to schedule Fast Professionally attired and pleasant crew Rug looks fantastic Cons: Not cheap, but not really sure how it compares to others in the area Rug smells - some people might consider it pleasant, but for someone like me with allergies who uses every product "Free and Clear" of any scents, it is nothing but a sneeze fest. (I would hang it outside to air out, except for all this darn rain!) Would I use them again? Yes. But next time, I will clarify before hand that I need an odorless rug returned to the house. Otherwise, I will call around until I find someone that uses hypoallergenic or nonscented detergents. read more

We sent our 8x10 area rug to Dalworth and they returned it still dirty and damaged. There is a 3inch cut on the edge of the rug. Their manager, Jeannette Jordan, lied to me and told me that she had photos from when my rug was picked up that showed the damage was pre-existing. I told her that they examined the rug and took one photo before taking it away. I've been shown that one photo by the two guys who delivered the rug showing no damage. I asked her to send me the photos but she did not because they don't exist. I emailed Shane Hobbs who is the owner of the company but got no reply. This company did a terrible job, damaged my rug, and then had the nerve to lie to me. They have not compensated me for the damage they did. NEVER do business with this company. Terrible customer service! Purchased a Amazon Local Voucher from them. The promotional value expired but they wouldn't even honor the 5 year value. I put in a call to Amazon and received a call from the company saying they would honor it. (Not sure why making $50 would outweigh obtains a possible new customer) I booked on a Tuesday for Saturday the tech said his supervisor Rick wouldn't honor it since it was expired. Even though it has a 5 year promotional value stated on the coupon. (He must have known of a history of their cheating ways.) I had a voicemail from Tara stating they would honor it for the full amount and played it for the tech. He was too nervous because he said if they didn't honor it, the money would be taken from his paycheck. I left Tara a message the Saturday of service and called her back Monday. She returned my call saying her supervisor Rick Mahoney was only willing to give me a gift card for the promotional value. (Rick sounds like a weasel to me.) The actual tech did a good job but apparently Rick Mahoney is a disaster and cheater! Why print something saying 5 year promotional value with no plans of honoring it? Only after I threatened to have my attorney deal with them did they agree to their own coupon. Beware of their pricing!!! Don't believe they will honor anything you have in writing, get over the phone or even have a voicemail stating. Would not recommend. read more

After my adventure with the Dirt Doctor (AVOID!!!), I called Dalworth to see if they could schedule someone on short notice to clean my carpets....could not be happeir with the quality of service, the professionalism of the technicians, and the cleanliness of my carpets....They took good care of my carpets and my home...and the quality of work was important to them, and that I was satisfied with their service!!! Wow, what a novel business model!!!! And no, they were not $49....learned my lesson the hard way with Dirt Doctor...you pay for $49 service, and that is EXACTLY how you are treated!!! Today I had to cancel my cleaning because the cleaning agent came over  and charged me 3 times the amount that was quoted online and the amount I paid one year ago. Most importantly I cancelled because the agent did not have on a mask, nor feet covers nor did he change the gloves he was wearing outside of my home before I let him in. When I asked him about the mask his response was, " I left it outside, do you want me to get it." It was not a sincere question but condescending. His attitude was one of me bothering him. He continued this attitude when I asked him how he came up with his measurements when I didn't see him use any tool. He said I used my feet! Then he asked if I wanted him to get the tool out of his car! I said no and then I told him to leave because he had potentially infected my entire family.  I was made aware that another cleaning agent was ill that was supposed to clean my home yesterday but Dalworth had to reschedule. How do I know if this was due to COVID-19? I, after the agent left had to use Lysol and disinfectant wipes to clean all surfaces including the carpet that he walked on! He sat his supplies on two areas of my kitchen and walked into all by one room of my home which is my daughter's room who has asthma! She of course is high risk at this time. The cleaning agent had no respect for me or my family or my home. He had a flippant attitude when asked about proper protection and also disregarded company policy that ensured me that he would wear a mask and properly handle my home.  Now my ENTIRE home needs deep cleaning to make sure me and my family are safe enough! I will be reporting this to corporate and any Texas or federal agency that this needs to be reported to.  Dalworth management should have immediately called me after being notified of this incidence but it is 1 hour after and I have called the office twice and no return call. My carpet is 10 years old, beige, and we had a dog. It is the originally builder installed type of carpet. It had not been professionally cleaned in eight years. However, it was basically just my husband and myself living on it...so it was not in horrible shape. But it definitely needed a quality cleaning. Here is my experience 1. It was expensive to do the whole house...but I was willing to pay because I knew I needed a quality clean. 2. I was not advise that certain stains and heavy soils would be an added charge above the original quote. My final bill was $80.00 higher than quoted. Tough to swallow. 3. They were late. Original window was 10:00-12:00, arrival was about 1:15. I was called before noon and advised...and my husband was home for the day...so we manage to accommodate the late arrival. This could be a problem for working folks 4. The technician knew his stuff, was professional, friendly and took the time he needed to clean the carpet to the best it could be done. 5. The cleaning job itself was great, the after fragrance (de-odorizer probably) not so great. I did not find it a pleasant smell. It wasn't offensive, just not pleasing Overall, I would use them again. My carpet looks really great! I now know better what questions to ask in order to get a more accurate quote, and make sure to schedule a time that will allow me to accommodate a late arrival. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service and disclosure on their so called tile and grout "cleaning" services. 1) The technician did not dry the tile and left large spots in EVERY SINGLE ONE. It looks worse than before the so called cleaning. 2) Every grout cleaning service I had before the company doing the job would SEAL the grout to avoid getting dirt in again too fast. This company offers that as an OPTIONAL service (BTW not disclosed in the quote it would be optional) and it would cost 2x original quote. Their web site is very vague about this. Bottom line. Run away if you need a trustworthy company to service you. These guys are just money grabbers specialized in bait and switch. read more

I had the worst experience with Dalworth clean. They were scheduled to clean my vents on a Saturday. They called me on Thursday and ask if I wanted to reschedule on the Friday morning at 8_8:30 am before my original scheduled appointment time Saturday. I Agreed. By 8:20 Friday morning, I decided to call Dilworth. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jasmine who sounded like she a little nervous. She stated oh I'm going to get you over to Dispatch, but we will help you. I was transferred to Dispatch and I was told that I called and cancelled my appointment on Friday because it was a conflict in the time. I explained that I never cancelled my appointment and I only spoke with 1 person by the name of Cassandra in which she called me to move me up to Friday morning.I explained to Dispatch that I could no longer keep Saturday's appointment because I had bought tickets to an event, but they couldn't help me or or fix this issue. What's most irritating about this is, in their notes they have me speaking with 2 of their employee's Jasmine and Aloha, in which Aloha stated that I spoke with her and cancelled my appointment and that's a lie and very disappointing. Unfortunately, I just had a not so great experience with Dalworth. They quoted me $191 for a "9 ft" sectional, and a chair with an ottoman to clean (which I thought was kind of pricy). At the end of the call the lady said "it won't be more than $200 for sure". It really bothers me when companies quote one price, and change it afterwards, so I always check. Long story short-the tech came out and changed the quote to $350. I was willing to pay $250, but they wouldn't do it for that price. On Friday, May 6, James Klorman, a representative of Dalworth, came to my home, looked around and took measurements on a hardwood floor cleaning/refurbishing. He promised an estimate that weekend. I had taken the day off of work for this and other appointments. I followed up with him on May 10 by email. I received no response and no estimate. On May 19, I wrote to the company at info@dalworth.com about how disappointed I was and that I wished I would have received an estimate, and again I received no response. I had a dogie oops on our new white carpet, twice!! Was afraid to try to clean it for fear of ruining the carpet. I finally called Dalworth to come out and upon calling, the lovely girl on the phone asked if I had time for them to come out the same day! What? Who does that? I was working from home so it worked out. They were at my house within 45 minutes and upon arriving, took inventory of what needed to be cleaned, explained what my options were and started the process of cleaning the carpets. To my absolute amazement, the carpets looked fantastic and the dogie stains are now completely gone. Keep in mind, the one stain did not come up right away but because I left it on the carpet for too long, I was not surprised. The technician, before leaving, sprayed a solution on the remaining faint stain, and within a couple hours the stain was completely gone. YAY!! I am so happy. Thank you Dalworth for committing to great customer service, top notch and industry leading technology and a well trained staff. You are simply the best. Had an appointment set for 9-11am to clean 2bedrooms and a hall in the house we just moved out of. As of 10:00am, we had not yet received a phone call at our new house so we headed to the old house arriving @ 10:30am. We waited until 12:30pm and I went down to my neighbors house to call them. Dispatch contacted the tech and then told me that the tech had arrived at 10:30am and waited for 20 minutes prior to leaving. (I explained to dispatch that that was not possible since we were there the entire time the tech said he was) I then was told that the tech had gone to the wrong address. We had to reschedule for a 2-4pm spot for that same day. The tech finally arrived around 3pm. I was not impressed with the techs attitude once he arrived, or the work he performed. I have a rework scheduled for tomorrow between 12-2pm with the same tech and his supervisor. At this point in time, I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else. I will give them the benefit of doubt and see how things go tomorrow! read more

We put our hardwood floors and kitchen/bath tiles in our house in 2000. I kind of remembered the color of the kitchen and bathroom grout. After Harold with Dalworth left on Monday, I can say WOW, those really are beautiful floors even after years. They came out beautiful. The hardwoods were another story. No company is going to be able to bring back the "shine" of 16 year old hardwoods, that takes refinishing, but Harold did a great job of cleaning them. They were squeaky clean! I have sealed the tile floors and hope they stay the same color for at least the next couple of years, but when they start "crudding" up again, I will be calling Dalworth again. read more

These people are the worst! I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time, and tried reaching the representative during the two weeks before the appointment. He would not return calls. The day before they were suppossed to come, he called. They were suppossed to polish the wood floor and shampoo the carpet. This is when he told me that they could not bring up the machine to a high floor to clean the wood, and that the carpet shampoo would cost me twice as much because I was not doing the wood. in all reality - carpets need to be shampooed and scrubbed every now and again - what dalworth does is nice on a regular basis - but probably get similar results with a wet towel and wiping your carpets - dalworth sprays on water and then vacuums it off - they will tell you its a secret formula in the water - but it is water and very little soap - no secret - and they brag about how quickly everything dries - yep - because you barely did anything:) duh. like i said - dalworth is like wipng your face with a wet rag - thats nice - but every now and again you need to WASH that face - not just wipe it down. read more
