Nicky who claims he is the Big Boss, who also says he does not give a sh*t about his customers. I came in on for a tire repair for 2 front tires (hidden leak). I was told it would cost $80 and if any other issues to return for further repairs. So upon return for one tire leakage continuation, I was charged again $45 & was told they still can't find a leakage. I explained to Nicky as to why I should be charged again when the issue was not resolved the initial time and his response was very unprofessional. He continued to claim I need new tires, when they are new tires little did he know. That he does not give a sh*t on what I had to say. His greeting of customers is very poor and instead of acknowledging the customer of what further process is needed upon any repairs, he takes Into his own hands and just proceeds upon himself so he can give your a price without even telling what was done during the service. I watched his workers take a wire bit on a drill to the inside of my wheel well when the tire was removed. but I did not escalate due to me thinking since I paid $80 the initial visit that they would actually fix the issue at no charge. Don't forget to mention warranty is needed for every single repair which he nor any of his workers acknowledge at time of payment. He is a scam and he will get you for you money. Any who Is looking for service I do not recommend this location. Communication is poor. I feel bad that his workers have to work for such an unprofessional management. City of Austin, save your money. This location is pathetic & Nicky himself.

Bad business, very over priced for cheap work.. save your time. Never get any welding done here. Looks like a child did the work.

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

Knowing I have a team I can count on gives me so much peace of mind. One experience that really stood out was when I was having issues with my A/C. They took the time to check everything out, and instead of charging me for a major repair, they recommended that I first see if my vehicle was still covered under the dealership's warranty because they knew it could save me a lot of money. That level of honesty is hard to find these days, and it showed me they truly care about doing what's right for their customers. They've also created one of the coolest waiting areas I've seen. Instead of just sitting around while your car is being serviced, you can relax and play arcade games, which makes the wait go by so much faster. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn't easy, but this team has earned my trust completely. They're honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that puts people before profit.

My car had recently been serviced at two different big-name chains. When Rivera took a look, he pointed out several things that hadn't been done. I had just had a 90k tune up, yet my transmission fluid was dry. My spark plugs needed changing, which would cost me $250 at any chain auto repair center. I also needed new brakes, which would cost me around $600 at the big brake center. I paid under $1000 for brakes, spark plugs, a FULL engine tune-up, and a year warranty on all parts and labor. I saved a crazy amount of money, and also have the peace of mind that my investment is protected for a full year! They called with any new details, didn't do any work until they had my ok, and even shuttled me home and back so they could take the afternoon to finish up. I went in at 1:30pm, and had my car back that same evening around 6:30pm. The customer service was amazing, and I never once felt that being a girl was costing m more money. I highly recommend Rivera Welding and Muffler. They give you the time and attention you deserve, and an added benefit is knowing your money is staying in your neighborhood, not padding some CEO's wallet. Thanks, guys. See you in a year!
