I called multiple times asking about the tag and title and they just kept giving excuses that it was the states fault, and they could not do anything about it. They would not give me another temporary tag so I could continue to do business the manger told me if I got pulled over to explain the authorities that I was waiting on the tag and registration. The manger was a real jerk every time I called to check on the plates and the office lady could not answer any type of question all they could do is place blame somewhere else instead of stepping up and taking responsibility for their mistakes!! We were later informed that the delay occurred because the sales team assumed, based solely on my last name, that we only spoke Spanish. As a result, we were told to wait constantly which ended up being for a Spanish-speaking representative--despite the fact that I do not speak Spanish and never requested such assistance.This situation was both frustrating and concerning. Making assumptions about customers based on their name is inappropriate and unprofessional. Not only did this result in a significant waste of our time, but it also left us feeling unfairly stereotyped. So far, it's needed an oil change because that hadn't been done since April, a newly installed fender has come off and broken air lines because they don't understand the concept of how to attach these, multiple lugs have come off, they installed the light/liscense plate holder piece on the back of the truck on upside down, a check engine light for water in the fuel on, which was "fixed" while he was still there is on, and now it's getting towed because the whole thing is dead. These people are complete scammers that sell junk equipment and I intend to review them everywhere I can.

I go and see it is parked WAY in back lot and not detailed but nice. She finally talked to a snuff chewing "Countryfield" today and now it's sold. They obviously reserved it for someone they know or their family. Huge lots and dirty gravel for such a big place it's hard to drive through and see anything because no real roads. They just lead you on. She also saw another marked low and they said it was a "misprint". Horrible service all around.
