Needed a refrigerator repaired. When he showed up I thought he was running a diagnostic of the…read morefridge but come to find out he never did, he just started pulling and "replacing"parts he thought could have been the problem. He even replaced the Thermistor with a used one. Needless to say the fridge didn't work. Called the next day to in form him and he returned a few days later with a new Thermistor. The fridge still did not work. So after $700 for parts and labor I get this response from him when I told him the fridge is still not working. "I hate hearing that. It has to be the cooling unit. The better option at this point is by a residential refrigerator to replace the one you have. The Dometic 1350 model you have is very expensive JUNK. " now he no longer responds to phone calls or text from me. Ever feel ripped off? Since you admit to misdiagnosing the issue, shouldn't you make it right with me instead of taking $700 and running? Also if you had came when you said you would, you wouldn't of had to wait.

I am purchasing my first RV and Jimmy was such a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and…read moreprofessional. When I inquired about the service, he sent me easy-to-use documentation, and then dealt directly with the dealer on the day of the inspection - I didn't even need to be there. The report I got was extensive and gives me a lot of peace of mind in my purchase. And I got it less than 24 hours after the completion of the inspection. It was money VERY well spent and I'm happy to recommend Jimmy to anyone looking at RVs in the northeast Texas area.

I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.
