The repairs are always made in a timely manner and as described. The price quoted to perform the repair is always what I pay when I pick up the automobile. If another problem is found while they are working on the quoted repair I always receive a phone call with an offer to come and see for myself before they just fix it and charge me. Some repairs were minor while others have been extremely major and every time I have been completely satisfied. Not once have I had to return because the repair was inadequate. However, they kept my car a week with no call to me. I had tried to repeatedly call them and Brandon was always out. When I finally got ahold of them, Brandon said they let the car sit and run for awhile and it didnt overheat. I reiterated that something is wrong with my car. I asked if they put it on the diagnostics machine, they said yes, but didnt get any specific codes. so, I advised I am coming to get my car. Here is the disrespect and lack of profession. They charged me 125.00 for keeping my car a week and not fixing it and wouldnt return my calls. The manager said he paid his mechanics well and had to charge me. Wow. Fast forward to Galveston, Texas. I took my car to Automotive Professionals and they diagnosed a clock spring sensor immediately and did not charge me a penny. The manager in Galveston scoffed when I advised him at the 125.00 charge in Tyler. He showed me the diagnostic paperwork and stated, "its as plain as day". I believe that integrity goes a long way and this place has no integrity.They charged me 125.00 for letting my car sit and run. He stated he was not going to put one of his mechanics in my car to test drive it because it may break down on them and they "would have to go pick up their mechanic on the side of the road". Ludacris. Either their diagnostic machine is out of date or they lied about putting it on a machine. The right thing to do would be to refund my money. I don't think they have the courage. I had my truck fixed and ready in a week, but couldn't put it on the road because of the total. I have finally gotten my Salvage Title, and it has been returned for a New BLUE Title.
