The second time i came in he did the same thing I ordered a motorcraft battery and Justin kept trying to sell me a duralast with lower cranking amps and saying my truck didn't need the 850 cranking amps. I probably could have looked it up online or in my operations manual from my glove box, but I was not going to dismantle my bumper there in the parking lot. Regardless of Justin's unwillingness to help, he was not friendly, at all.
