When I walked in the store to 'Luis' at the computer.. I told him thats all I wanted. Luis continued to mess w/ whatever it was he was on the computer rather than ringing me up to get me in and out. I waited for a few to him making no action and then the store phone rang... He said nothing to me and took action to prioritize the phone call/proceeded to help them over me patiently waiting, over me who was ready to check out. I left due to the clear a blatant disrespect/unprofessionalism. Easy situation but handled extremely poorly with no professionalism whatsoever. AZ PLEASE DO BETTER PLEASE!!! THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS VERY POOR HELP ALMOST ALWAYS! Luis should be NOT be handling customer service as he can't simply communicate or stay on task for a one item PAYING customer. I went to your Beckham location and was helped immediately and in the store less than 2 minutes.

TOP-TIER SERVICE - DEEJAY MILLER IS THE REAL DEAL!…read more I've had several vehicles towed over the years, and I can confidently say Deejay Miller with Hanks Towing & Recovery is hands down the best tow truck driver I've ever worked with--no question about it. From the moment she arrives, you can tell she takes pride in her work. She's professional, dependable, and goes above and beyond every single time to make sure the job is done right. I've used her services multiple times, and every experience has been smooth, on time, and completely stress-free. Her communication is excellent, her response time is on point, and she handles your vehicle with care and respect like it's her own. That kind of service is rare these days. I'll be honest--I was surprised the first time I saw her step out of the truck, because you don't often see women in this field. But after watching her work, it became clear real quick--she's not just good, she's elite. Skilled, confident, and fully in control of her craft. If you're looking for someone reliable, respectful, and truly dedicated, Deejay Miller is the one you want to call. She's earned my trust, and I'll continue doing business with her anytime I need towing services. Keep shining and setting the bar high--your work speaks for itself!

When he finished his diagnosis, he quoted me $400-$500 to reset the pump timing only. That was all that was authorized. When I Finally got notified my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, and was horrified at what he had done with no notification, authorization, and some things he altered under the hood. Not once did Moe contact me about anything needing to be replaced, had no authority to make said changes, and to top it off, he removed my Factory Black timing cover, and replaced it with a mustard yellow cover, which by the way, was unnecessary to start with. Moe, in my opinion has no clue about diesel repairs! I am now having to take legal action, as Mr. Moe, will not even answer my calls, text, and I've had to send a demand letter to Moe's Pro Automotive, which I don't expect he will respond to. I wouldn't recommend Moe's Pro Automotive to fix a bicycle wheel, much less a vehicle. He greatly devalued my Classic truck, by making unauthorized, no notification modifications to my truck! Then presented me with a $1200 invoice for all that he did to my once stock truck.

I spent around 2700$ for 8 new sparkplugs and a new turn signal lever. $350 of that was just for showing up at their garage. They charge a flat 170$ off the top no matter what, and they dont do anything for that. Not air in your tires, they dont top off fluids, vaccuum the car, clean the glass. Just a gouge at the beginning and you get nothing in return. I will not be going back. But, if you dont mind the cost for nothing, they are very fast and very good. You can trust them to get it done, but it wont be affordable.
