It's all in the first impression. As I was walking up, altho an employee was exiting the store to…read moretake a cigarette break, he smiled, nodded and tried to hide the cigarettes (not that it could be discerned that was what they were, it's that he was smoking as I exited the store a moment later) so as to keep the presentation clean. As I walked in the door, I was instantly acknowledged and asked how I could be assisted. I inquired if there were free diagnostics given. And Becky stepped right up with," that's what we like to do here, resolve what issues the vehicle may be having". Ok, maybe not quite how she said it, but that's how it sounded to my ears, cheerful and there to help. We went out, discussed the possibilities, she ran the diagnostic, we went back in, plugged in her device and sure enough, confirmed what we were thinking. She helped inform me as to why the potential of this was happening as well so I would be better prepared going forward. Becky made the whole visit easy peasy. And to top it off, altho I mayn't have purchased anything today (have to order the part at the dealership), she and the staff members have set the precedent that this is where I shall be coming when there are further needs my vehicle shall be having. Ahh, and in order to write this review, I had to call the store to inquire of Becky's name. She happened to be the one to answer the phone. Her enthusiasm is so contagious, I've now had a chipper day at my work.

When I walked in the store to 'Luis' at the computer.. I told him thats all I wanted. Luis continued to mess w/ whatever it was he was on the computer rather than ringing me up to get me in and out. I waited for a few to him making no action and then the store phone rang... He said nothing to me and took action to prioritize the phone call/proceeded to help them over me patiently waiting, over me who was ready to check out. I left due to the clear a blatant disrespect/unprofessionalism. Easy situation but handled extremely poorly with no professionalism whatsoever. AZ PLEASE DO BETTER PLEASE!!! THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS VERY POOR HELP ALMOST ALWAYS! Luis should be NOT be handling customer service as he can't simply communicate or stay on task for a one item PAYING customer. I went to your Beckham location and was helped immediately and in the store less than 2 minutes.

Purchased a battery on Sept 18, 2020 and my car died on Oct. 17, 2020. Went on Sept. 19th to get a…read morenew battery and was told that the car needed to be stopped to test the battery but they didn't have anyway to give me a boost. WTF? You sell batteries, jumping cables and chargers but y'all can't give me boost. And you also got my $165.12. Never again. I will pay the extra money for better service at any auto part store.

My husband went in to get two tires replaced and his sensors were working just fine. He knew the…read moreexact tire pressure before he went to them. Then the guy took his car and checked his tires and said that there front two sensors are broken and he had to pay to fix them. They were working just fine. My husband told him that they were working just fine and was upset about it, he told him he doesn't want his tires fixed anymore. The guy said he would try to reset them and he came back and said now all four are broken and they would at least cost $30 to fix. He didn't seem to care about it and basically had a "too bad, too sad" attitude. This is so sad that Walmart has employees that try to take advantage of their customers. My husband will never return to Walmart for any auto services after this incident. No tires changed and also broken sensors.

It arrived as scheduled the next morning. I received the part this afternoon, from Kyle. I got the part home. I had been given the wrong part number by the US distributor. I contacted O'reilly, was able to order the correct part and was informed I would be able to return the incorrect parts. The problem was not from this very nice, local store. Lucas, Kyle and the other staff members in the store were very helpful and I recommend them highly. If I were hiring, I would try to hire these young men. My passenger side headlight was out and he did not just look in the computer and sell me a bulb! No! He listened to me when I said I felt it was a bulb that did both high & low beams! He laid down the bulb he already had in hand to sell me and said,"let's go see..."! We walked out to the car, opened it up & took out the bulb. Not only did He go back and find the right bulb for my car, but he installed it and made sure it worked before letting me leave! He was so polite, professional and kind. NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!
