Scott is a POS. I called seeking information regarding their insurance, because they damaged my transmission when they towed my vehicle. When I contacted scott about it, he acted as if I should not be surprised that my vehicle was damaged because I quote, "left in handcuffs!". Yes my car was towed following my arrest due to a warrant after charges were filed against me. I cooperated with the investigation fully and transparently. I spoke with detectives several times and always called back if I had missed their call. They acted as if everything was fine, but turned around and charged me behind my back, and didnt have the decency to notify me of their decision to prosecute. My point being, I did not fail to appear, and was not on the run. I intend to face the charges against me, and I am confident I will be found innocent. I was never disrespectful or beligerant, despite the egregious treatment. The default response towards an arresstee should not be, intentionally destroy his car based on assumptions and biases related to unknown circumstances. read more

I hit a large piece of metal in the middle of Interstate 20 and damaged the undercarriage of my car. I thought I would need a tow to a repair company, however that didn't happen. The employee from Crow checked out my car, checked for leaks and we rode down a stretch of road to make sure there were no strange sounds or lights coming on. He checked the car over twice and made me feel comfortable about driving back to Dallas where I could take it to the repair shop. They didn't even charge me for coming out. The young black man (wish I could remember his name) was very professional, well dressed and polite. A very good representation of his company. Called AAA to schedule a tow for the next day in the morning, was notified a truck was being dispatched from Crow Towing(who are a mere 25 minute drive away), I waited 2 hours, with no show, no call. I then called AAA, the AAA agent said they'd call Crow Towing to get them to update us, they came back said they'd talked to them and it was going to be just a couple hours more, again no show and no update over the next 5 hours. I finally called AAA again and had them reschedule for the next day at 8am. The next day I was texted that they'd been dispatched at 7:45 am, but again hours go by with no updates and no show. By 11:30am I called AAA and the agent contacted Crow Towing while I was on hold, after coming back the agent told me that Crow Towing had told them we had an issue with the overage miles and we were supposed to call them back about it, but the thing is we never had any issue with overage miles and we've never even talked to them directly! So we're waiting here with both cash and credit cards in hand just wanting a tow, apparently waiting for someone who never intended to fulfill their contract, and since we didn't talk to them directly this to me smacked of an obvious lie about me on their part to deflect responsibility. I don't trust Crow Towing, both refusing service and then seemingly lying about me is entirely beyond the pale, I would not recommend them to any of my friends as they are unreliable and untrustworthy in my experience. read more

Initially when I called them, there was miscommunication so they ended up not coming out til over an hour later. The guy on the phone claimed he came and left cause he couldn't get a hold of me but I think he was lying cause I didn't leave my car for longer than 5 minutes at a time and didn't get any calls. The last time they towed my car they towed it in park. They tore up my 1 week old transmission and did nothing about making it right. They cost me a $2400.00 transmission overall. My brother(who has no CDL) thought it would be a good idea to take our 80's model dump truck (that has no insurance, registration etc) fully loaded out to "do a job" while my dad was out of town.
