My experience with the business is not as glowing as the other reviews. Molli who says she is the manager was very rude and disrespectful when she was helping me and my daughter-in-law. I do not know if it is because we were asking for an explanation of the bill or what but she was rude and short as if I was just to accept it and move on. Then when I rang the buzzer to call her back I could hear her huff and puff however, she did say she was just clearing her throat. I am just upset that people think they can treat you any kind of way and be okay with it. Her treatment of me and my daughter-in law was unacceptable. If I should need a wrecker service in the future, I will use London's or push it myself if I had to before I would give Isaacs any more of my hard earned money. I was forced to call Isaacs after a wreck in MP, my limo wasn't blocking an intersection or anything. The driver gets there with a flatbed truck which was too small to even fit half the limo on it. The driver says to me that he has never towed a limo, that was Saturday morning. I called back that Monday the bill was $3000 saying it was over 4 hours to move it. I drive back to the scene where the crash happened and it's 1.2 miles away. Are you kidding me! I called they were rude, no customer service at all. Very expensive!! Had our car towed about 25 miles and it was $650, plus a $50 impound fee, a $20 notification fee (not that we were notified), and a fee of $20.00 per day. We had to wait 10 days to get a police report before we could even start with insurance company so that fee just kept piling up and the bill ended up being $1020.00. We were told it was expensive because the police called them. Not sure why they are allowed to price gouge just because the police called it but that is definitely highway robbery. Luckily it was not our fault and we didn't have to pay it, but it's still wrong. read more

For those of you complaining, you may want to read up on the law. The police, sheriff's department or highway patrol are the ones that call the wrecker company unless you tell them otherwise after an accident. Leaving a vehicle disabled on the side of the road is against the law, especially after accidents or if the vehicle is impeding the flow of traffic. This is why you see cars tagged for removal along the interstates and highways. If you accompany anyone to a yard to pick up or retrieve anything out of the towed vehicle, you are not allowed in the lot unless your name is on the car and you have a valid license. Also, it is not the wrecker company's responsibility to send any claims into your insurance, this is solely your responsibility. Furthermore, the fees are regulated by TDLR. If you have a complaint on any towing or storage fees, get a detailed copy of the cost from the tow company. They are legally obligated to give this to you and it is your responsibility to verify the costs with TDLR if you feel you are being scammed. As far as 'give me $100 plus the title and I'll drop it'. No, it does not work that way. No wrecker company worth a grain of salt would ever do this. Isaac's is not some backwoods single owner company. I do not work for Isaac's or any other wrecker company. This company is literally in the business of highway robbery. My daughter was in a minor collision that impacted the front end of her car. The police that responded used this company to tow her vehicle without our permission. When I arrived on the scene to pick up my daughter the vehicle was already hooked up to the tow and the police officer assured me everything was all taken care of. When I asked for paperwork concerning the accident (accident report, citation, wrecking company), none was given. Less than a week later I received a certified letter from Isaacs Wrecker Service indicating that I owe over $700 worth of charges and fees for their service. After a few phone calls to the business I learned that if I brought in the title for the vehicle and $100 they would drop the fees and everything would be free and clear. This company will tow your vehicle without your permission, impound it, charge you $650 plus to release it, or offer to "take it off your hands" for a fee of $100 plus the title of your car. This company steals vehicles by overcharging for their services and takes advantage of individuals that are traumatized or injured in an accident.
