This is a medium sized business with 10 repair bays. They seem to have enough mechanic's, as at the…read moretime of my visit, all bays were packed and had mechanics working in every bay. As far as being a Volvo heavy duty truck dealer, it is my opinion that they are only a dealer by the Volvo sign that hangs out front. The reason that I say this is that they had to order every part, including my tires and shocks. It did not appear to have any basic parts in stock. Our truck was put in their shop on 3-16-22. Today is 3-29-22 at 09:44 and I was told that it would be ready to go by 10:00. It is not ready. The "to do" list was as follows- 1-replace the kingpins in the steer axle. 2-Repair/replace one drive axle upper shock mount. 3-replace all shocks 4-replace all ten tires 5-preform a three axle alignment. This took 14 days. That's 14 days of not rolling costing us THOUSANDS of dollars in lost revenue and well over a thousand dollars in hotels and Uber fees. Granted, it is not their fault that the truck had issues, but it makes me wonder why it took 14 days to do 2 days worth of work. All for the affordable price of $11,976.19 Thank god I have a money tree growing out of my hind quarters They seem to be good, knowledgeable, friendly people (as most Texans are) but the length of time that it took for the above repairs is beyond me. To their credit, they did find and identify the problem that was causing the issues with my truck in a timely manner. I would love to give them 5 stars and definitely would if and when I use their services again.

I let them know I was looking for a reliable truck to tow my horse trailer. After test driving the truck I requested the alignment and "Service Tire Monitoring System" warning light be fixed. They did. 2 days after getting the truck it is NOT DRIVABLE with power steering locking up on the road! Sent it to GMC and they explained that the otter tire rod was left loose, amongst other things, which is seriously dangerous and can cause a crash! JO Williams agreed to cover the cost and put me in a lender until my truck was fixed. The lender was old, unclean inside, shaky, service light on, and had a massive crack across the window shield. Only 8k miles after purchasing truck, the FIRST TIME towing my horse trailer on a trip (3 hours) and far below tow capacity it breaks down on the side of a busy highway in Houston requiring a $1300 tow home. Absolute nightmare carrying livestock. They found engine related issues requiring $1000 in repairs. 100 miles later I pull trailer to see if problem was fixed. Broke down again! Will be 7k for a new transmission this time! I did not purchase warranty but that does excuse the fact this is the vehicle/ experience I got when purchasing here. This has never been a reliable vehicle. Sorry I have to be transparent if it can help even one person not go through what I have.
