Popcorn and Cocktails (PaC) is such a cool idea for a business…read more The interior is so cute and almost a 20s vintage vibe with a cool Omaha mural. We first visited PaC at a Yelp event, but now we are hooked on their popcorn! The cocktails portion of Popcorn and Cocktails is nothing to sneeze at either. They are super smooth and flavorful, and the perfect pairing with a little side of popcorn. They even have pairings on their menu that show you which popcorns go best with each cocktail (and each cocktail actually comes with a side of that popcorn). If you like your side of popcorn that came with your cocktail, you can also purchase a large bag of it to take home! Our favorite popcorns have been the French Toast, Bourbon Bacon Cheddar, and Peanut Butter. They have popcorns for every craving - savory or sweet. And the cocktail we've liked the best was the Summer Peach - which literally came with a peach candy on the rim! So easy to drink and a little sweet. Popcorn with cocktails might sound like an odd combination, but PaC does it perfectly and will convert you to a fan of this combo!!

You can also buy popcorn to go if wanted. Prices are a little high, but it does come with a snack, so take that into consideration

The ambiance is super chic, classy, and quietly tucked away in the Downtown Omaha Marriott, which is already very upscale and relaxing. The atmosphere was truly perfect for productive coworking and a delicious meal! The creamy sauce they paired them with was a perfect starter to my meal: a classic reuben with fries. I can always go for a good reuben, and Burdock and Bitters delivered! The bread was toasty and the meat was tender and flavorful. The serving was also sizable and I had plenty of leftovers, even having it as dinner too and still being full!

Let's be honest, you don't go to a sports bar expecting Michelin stars, but these folks are giving you five-star flavor in a no-nonsense setting. The bartenders know how to pour a drink strong enough to make you question why you don't come here every weekend. And don't even get me started on those blackened chicken quesadillas. I don't know what they sprinkle on those things, but it's some kind of addictive magic dust. Each bite is a journey of savory chicken, melty cheese, and just enough spice to remind you you're alive. So if you're looking for a place to drown your workweek woes with good company, solid drinks, and quesadillas that are probably the best decision you'll make all week, Amerisports is the spot. Just don't blame me when you're craving those quesadillas at 2 a.m.!"

We sat at the bar and Connor took great care of us. He was funny, attentive, and made one of the best Moscow Mules I've had in a long time. For dinner, my boyfriend ordered the pork ribeye and I went with the pistachio and parmesan crusted salmon. Both dishes were cooked perfectly. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the salmon had a great crust without overpowering the fish. My favorite part may have been the sweet pea and lemon risotto. It was soooooo creamy and packed with flavor. Every bite was better than the last. The vegetables and accompaniments on both plates were thoughtful and well prepared. I can't stop thinking about the Brussels sprouts. They were so good I'd go back just to order a plate of those. Oh, and don't let me forget about the sliced French bread with the olive oil and garlic balsamic dipping sauce. Absolutely incredible. Great food, great service, and a really enjoyable dining experience overall. Connor, keep making those Moscow Mules!
