Okay. When we arrived, I was like how good could a place connected to a hotel be? Well. This place is amazing. A massive assortment of good food. I tried the Frank-E-Melt and waffle fries. The burger had the perfect amount of pink and the aioli and buffalo cheese were perfectly blended to top the burger. It was so delicious. Can't wait to try the Lamb Falafel next time! Great place to stop on our road trip. Right off the interstate. Quick service, order from menu board and brought to the table when ready. Had the blue moon burger and Nick's cheeseburger. Both were excellent, cooked well and served with garden fresh lettuce, tomatoes on a really good bun. The burgers had a great grilled char flavor from a real grill style cooking station not a griddle. We make it through this area several times a year and will definitely be stopping in again. I was torn between leaving 4 stars and 5 stars. We stopped here on our drive back to Michigan from Gulf Shores based on the reviews. We loved the sauce bar and the general atmosphere of the place. The prices were low and the food and portions were great, overall. It is a small business and the owner clearly feels strongly about people enjoying their time and food there. Onto the food... I ordered the chicken burrito but was given pork instead. It was good, but not amazing. Nothing wrong with it... just nothing special. I added sauces to it and enjoyed it. My son ordered a cheeseburger and while he didn't like it (he's picky), my mom and husband thought it was perfectly done and one of the best burgers they've ever had. The street fried were good, especially with all the sauces. My daughter got the kids Mac n cheese. I didn't try it, but my mom did. She said it wasn't anything great, but my daughter loved it. :) My mom got the Greek salad which none of us liked. The chicken was very weird and the salad was okay, but not what one would expect for a Greek salad, which made it less appealing. My husband got the chicken tacos which were beyond amazing. This is a rather unassuming place just off I-65 in Pulaski, TN. It is a restaurant located in a Motel 6. So, how does someone who lives nowhere near Pulaski end up in a restaurant in a hotel? I was driving and talking to my phone and asking where I could find something to eat. This one had 5 stars on Yelp, so worth a shot. And they had a "Nashville" hot chicken sandwich, so why not. I am not sure I can agree with the 5 stars, but I would put it in a good 4 star territory. The hot chicken sandwich uses Habaneros, so it is not typical of the Nashville style. Fortunately, I like the habanero, but not what I would normally expect in "Nashville" hot. I got the standard straight fries, which were batter dipped. Not usually a fan, but it worked here and was nice when dipped in mayonnaise (they use a quality mayo, as well). One thing that was interesting was the sauces. I did not try the wings, but they are served dry and you get to choose from a variety of sauces. Out of curiosity, I grabbed a spoon and dropped some of each into the spoon for a taste. After trying a couple, I really wished I had tried the wings. The guy working the register was very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the place. A bit slower on getting food out when they get a rush, as they have a rather skeleton crew working the place. But a wonderful time to talk to the regulars that get togo from the place on a regular basis. I was told by 3 different groups they like everything they have tried. I would definitely consider another trip to try their other dishes, from the lamb gyro to the steak sandwich. read more

I'm totally jealous of all ya'll who are in this area and get to enjoy Nick's culinary artwork. There's absolutely Nothing fancy about the place or the food. It's just a really creative and tasty. The ingredients for all the items on the big menu would be great to try and I'm upset that I will not be coming through this area with any more frequency than I do. I had "The EX" and highly recommended it if you're like me and enjoy BIG flavor. Great little no frills place. They let us have our tiny pups outside. Husband reported that his caprese was quite good. I had the Mediterranean grain bowl. It was a whole lot of delicious for a good price. It was so good I had to go back inside to tell them! Maybe I even met Nick!? The burgers are so juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. The fries are perfectly crisp and so unique and have tons of in house crafted sauces for you to enjoy. All sauces were delicious.
