Billed over 380.00 to review my two Seadoos then determined they would sell me the parts, but wouldn't do any work (despite having the Seadoos for two weeks) because it might harm their reputation because of their age and would not be able to guarantee the work. But get this...tested them, but didn't actually put in new batteries for the test...hmmmmm. Said I needed a starter, but really just a voltage regulator. Needed a DESS post...nope just a key. Wouldn't even do a carb cleaning but DID PUT IN SPARK PLUGS. However, the "authorized" Seadoo. Dealer put in the wrong plugs, but charged my 28.00 nonetheless. This place was beyond useless and the service tech was condescending as he said I forced him to look at it and he was doing my a favor. I need less friends like this and more like Lacey Performance that fixed both of my Seadoos in under 4 hours. Waste of money and time. I would Love to hear from the owner as I was told he was unavailable on a Saturday morning (July 20, 2024) to speak to me.

We got to the store late and I had no idea that we were still shopping 25 minutes after the store was closed. Jake never rushed us, he answered all our questions and made multiple trips to the back room to check for different sizes. When it was all done I spent a lot but HUNDREDS less than I thought I was going to. Huge selection, great prices and Jake was great. If my boys stay with this hobby I will definitely be going back to buy more equipment.

Gave me directions to other shops, and suggestions on what to look for there. A salesman who will tell you when their products aren't the best ones for you is a salesman I really trust--absolutely huge shoutout. I didn't buy anything here, but learned exactly what I needed to. I also did some price comparison here versus online shopping--it's definitely a bit pricier, but not outrageously more pricy. It's in the solidly competitive region, with the bonus of getting to try it on for fit immediately, and walk out with the helmet you want.

(Here the thing ), my bike sat for almost two months when I noticed a gas smell in the garage, no visual gas just a strong odder. I called Freedom Cycle , Kathy promptly set up appointment , I brought the bike in and Frank fix the issue for Pennies . "No ONE DOSE THAT" They make sure they go over your bike and it's road worthy. The second time I brought my 2006 Fat Boy , everything on this bike was original, Yes even the battery. Freedom Cycle , was going to put new tires change out my fluids and Yes put a new battery. Funny thing is when I went to start the bike to bring it over the battery was dead wouldn't take a jump, I called Kathy, told her my dilemma she said no problem she had a battery waiting for me. They have a decent sized inventory, but if they don't have what you need on hand, they'll order it for you ASAP. They've got a good selection of leathers, helmets, goggles, clothes and also plenty of bike accessories. If you're a bar-brawlin', ride-all-winter, ZZ-Top-bearded biker gang member or a dentist who only rides 20 miles a weekend, you'll be comfy here. They also have a full-service Harley-only garage on site. Honestly, I like this place better than Mike's Famous. Better vibe, infinitely smaller, and it feels good to support the little guy. The owner came over and said to wait for him to try on a helmet-so we did. When he came over I said so "we're shopping for a new helmet for my wife". He told us to "come back when you're ready to buy". He also said he doesn't want people trying on the helmets. We were shocked by what he said. I have been riding since 1987 and everybody should know-You always must try a new helmet to see if it is the correct fit! It is protecting your head!!! I would suggest to all, to stay clear of this shop. I drove from Philly to buy, and left with nothing and glad we did.

I was there for a while as I tried on at least 4 jackets. At the time, no one was allowed to try on helmets (due to Covid), at least that's what we were told but then we saw other people with them on. Went again recently, we were at least greeted this time and the older gentleman whom I assume is the owner, recognized my husband (who has been going there off and on since this store was at the Pennsauken Mart!). We asked if they had certain things in stock and the older lady seemed bothered to help. We got what we needed elsewhere.
