Dropped Can Am Spyder for what I thought was a simple oil change . Walked out with a bill for $702 for routine service and plugs. Im not saying it isn't required and not saying they are more expensive than any motorcycle dealers but I think my riding days are soon over. Can't justify cost like these for a bike I ride a few times a year. As far as a review I guess Im just pissed that I scheduled what I thought was an oil change and wound up having to do more than expected. I drove 1-1/2 hours to get here because I trust their mechanic. They could have told me on the phone that I was due for more work. I would have done the service myself for that much money. Quite literally stole my money and time. Why would an "authorized" Seadoo facility REFUSE to do simple work? Billed over 380.00 to review my two Seadoos then determined they would sell me the parts, but wouldn't do any work (despite having the Seadoos for two weeks) because it might harm their reputation because of their age and would not be able to guarantee the work. But get this...tested them, but didn't actually put in new batteries for the test...hmmmmm. Said I needed a starter, but really just a voltage regulator. Needed a DESS post...nope just a key. Wouldn't even do a carb cleaning but DID PUT IN SPARK PLUGS. However, the "authorized" Seadoo. Dealer put in the wrong plugs, but charged my 28.00 nonetheless. This place was beyond useless and the service tech was condescending as he said I forced him to look at it and he was doing my a favor. I need less friends like this and more like Lacey Performance that fixed both of my Seadoos in under 4 hours. Waste of money and time. I'm not giving this place a single star. In fact I give it negative stars. To start... I took my son's quad up there In July of 2023. It took us over 2 months to get it back.... The day we picked it up it was leaking oil and they had to fix it while we waited... Then, the first time he rides it oil blows all over him and the quad.... so back it goes for them to do a new oil change... they said the oil line on the top of the motor came off... Then... he rides it again and the oil drain plug comes out and blows oil all over him and the quad.... He goes up there... which is an hour away from us.. and they give him a handful of bolts, none of which were even close to the size of the drain plug. so... the dealer did not know the size of the drain plug. so I had to get the plug on my own and do the 3rd oil change in about 1 hour of riding time. Then.. after a couple rides, it's leaking oil yet again. this time coming from the clutch cover because the bolts were loose and 1 was missing... all I can say is do not under any circumstances bring any machine to Atlantic City Cycle. They are the most incompetent dealer in the area.... read more

I purchased a 2023 Seadoo from Eric/Brian/Delores here last week. I have dealt with many other dealerships and these guys have my ski business from now on. I walked in late Tuesday and they had it assembled and ready to roll Thursday morning. The sales and finance team were very professional and did not try marking up optional accessories like most dealers do. They gave me a market competitive price and accepted the BRP financing without making me apply for their own in house credit company. Overall, the whole team was fun to deal with and was all smiles. The dealership is super busy so you wont get phone calls back instantly, but that is just normal now post covid for any dealership. I suggest just driving to the dealership to talk instead of calling if possible since the call volumes are high. read more

Can I leave 0 stars? The owner attempted to buy my bike at a low price. At the last second, he said I had to go to motor vehicles. Motor vehicles told me, the owner didn't know what he was talking about. Fast forward, the next business day I sold my bike at Hamilton Yamaha for a better price. So shop AC Cycle Center if you want rip off prices and an incompetent owner. Cont. The shop then calls me 5 times from multiple phone numbers asking me to take the review down! I am a big fan of Atlantic City Cycle Center. Our son recommended them to us when we were looking to have our bike serviced. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Bud and Justin and the entire staff. They provided exception service and great value and my bike has never run better. Bud helped my wife get connected with the Atlantic County motorcycle safety class which led to her getting her motorcycle license. Sadly leaving a low rating, been dealing with this business for some time with no problems, but this tops all,, pre ordered a tire 9/4/21 comes in on 9th, go to get it early sat 9/11 with my rim off for easy mount and bal..told call you soon as its done? Now they close at 4pm couple min to 4 get message wrong tire?? Can't call after 4 auto message saying closed call Tuesday? Call early Tuesday a josh who is busy & unavailable he will call you? 5:30 get message (closes at 6) call him weds to find out?? Sooo call weds to hear Tires done and OH parts made mistake tire was here all along ??? Go to pick it up to find no weights and rotation arrows facing wrong way?? Had to redo everything!, NORMALLY never have problems but this time the ball was dropped big time and no one seemed to care and was charged $65,90 well tube was $32.00... but was no professionalism how about a apology? Also after giving me the price they found another rebate two days later and gave me that extra hundred dollars off. Most dealers would just keep the rebate. Gave us a combined great deal on 3 Polaris Sportsman's ATV's at the beginning of the month! Very pleasant to deal with, did most of everything over the phone. Poor service. Sales staff is horrible. Walk in the sales guy doesn't even get up to greet us just sits in his chair didnt bother to show us what we came there for. It was behind other quads in show room didn't bother to even pull it out or explain the features and show it to us. Not to mention I was a repeat customer I have bought two other bikes from this place in the past two years. I wouldn't even buy oil from them at this point. This was the worst service department I have ever dealt with. If I could give them negative stars I would. They had my Kawasaki for about a month to rebuild carbs, and put a new fuel tank on. I had to constantly follow up with Justin the service manager who has 0 business acumen. No communication, no follow up, work not done completely, no testing or quality. When I pickup up the bike the gas tank was not bolted on, the rear brake was not functioning. I took it back, the made the adjustments and when I got back I noticed that the seat was not bolted on either. Terrible work, such poor quality service, avoid this place like the plague! read more

This can be adjusted if they do right by me. They are un-professional scam artists. They lie right to your face about price points and you only ever deal with their sales team. Not the actual mechanic. They are a joke. A 150& job turned into a 750$ job and they "still don't know why it's won't start". WHEN I HAD IT RUNNING BEFORE I SENT IT THERE.. my dirt bike ran with a bad head gasket, old fuel, dirty carb, and still had compression before I sent it in. - now they said they redid my water pump/carb, all new fluids, head gasket. And it still won't start? These people are frauds. I will make it my purpose to sue these RATS and take them out of business! read more

Sent my motorcycle here to get fixed after i had rebuilt it, it wouldnt start and i did not have the time to troubleshoot so i sent it here. they quote me for about 1500 dollars because my Valves were too tight and said that my valves were bent, now if that WAS the case 1500 for a new head, valves and the labor sounds like its in the ballpark, albeit on the high end. but my valves were not bent, although they were tight, a valve job is a simple job that i could do myself. even though i refused the ridiculous quote of 1500 i still had to pay 250 just to get my bike back... in pieces nonetheless. i recently have began to do the job myself, come to find they never gave me my valve cover back and kinked my fuel line, although both are cheap parts i called the shop to see if they had mine laying around, they assured they'd "call right back", its been 4 or 5 days... do not go to this shop unless you've weighed all other options, including doing it yourself. read more
