Needed a fast structural engineer inspection before deciding whether to put in an offer on a house…read more All the engineers I called were booked weeks out (massive rains had delayed everyone's schedule), and at the recommendation of another unavailable engineer, I called Jonathan. Regardless of the fact that I was outside his normal service area, he squeezed us in the very next day, completed the inspection, and even advised that we have the foundation checked to see if there were piers already in place which could just be adjusted (saving money!). OH, and it turns out that when he squeezed us in, he was taking pity on our situation and working on his birthday, which he hadn't planned to do :) Definitely recommend!
