We contacted all of them for quotes based on our report from him. Elite was one of the fastest to get back to me. They are very e-mail friendly and quick to reply. Social anxiety people will appreciate this about them. For us we wanted someone who was responsive, priced fairly, well-reviewed, and didn't have the salesperson feeling to their interactions. They were our second choice initially but Wai came out and we really liked how straightforward and informative he was. We changed our minds and went with our gut. I'm very glad we chose Elite. Their price was in the middle of all of the quotes and very fair. The process was fast and easy. From quote to completion was just over a week. We had 30 piers installed over 2 days. The crew was great. The repair required our yard to be thoroughly destroyed but they made sure to put it all back nice and tidy. Communication throughout was great, too. Despite being a highly invasive type of repair, it couldn't have gone better. Doors that have never latched now latch and the awful cracks are closed up. They had to put a pier in through the floor of our office and they did a wonderful job covering everything in plastic and cleaning up. All of the concrete patches look good. It is now July 2025 and I have never received my report. I've emailed and texted. I've actually spoken to him twice and was assured my report was forthcoming. The last time I heard from him he said he was returning my fee, which he actually did. Still no report. I'm disappointed in Matt. I expected better. I don't know what's going on, but I'm assuming this company is in trouble. Sad.

Called to request a foundation inspection, as the home is 30 years old, we have some very minor…read moretile cracks, and do see some seasonal movement in door openings (mostly one upstairs one). Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures. Needed a fast structural engineer inspection before deciding whether to put in an offer on a house…read more All the engineers I called were booked weeks out (massive rains had delayed everyone's schedule), and at the recommendation of another unavailable engineer, I called Jonathan. Regardless of the fact that I was outside his normal service area, he squeezed us in the very next day, completed the inspection, and even advised that we have the foundation checked to see if there were piers already in place which could just be adjusted (saving money!). OH, and it turns out that when he squeezed us in, he was taking pity on our situation and working on his birthday, which he hadn't planned to do :) Definitely recommend!

Alan from Align came and did a very thorough inspection- inside, outside and even crawled the entire crawl space. Besides visual he also took measurements with a machine. The process to obtain the proposal through the installation was seamless, and though we had to delay the installation by approximately three months, AFR honored their proposal. The work was thoroughly explained and completed timely, and our yard no longer experiences drainage issues. I am adding this review approximately three years later because I recently contacted Align Foundation Repair regarding an alleged leak that we assumed was due to a clogged or damaged drainage pipe. Josh Spector scheduled an appointment without hesitation. Upon arrival, he grabbed a shovel because the leak was in the same area as a sprinkler line, and we immediately learned it was a sprinkler line. I appreciate the effort and time Josh took to come to our home. He and Jason are so professional and friendly, and our experience has been positive.
