I got 4 estimates. Pinnacle, Olshans, Groundworks and Williamson. Williamson was the only company offering to adjust the existing peirs. They also added new piers and even found 2 piers missing the previous company charged for but didn't install. They were easy to contact and follow up was good. Quote was about half or less of the other companies. read more

Williamson Foundation Repair was easy to work with and their repair crew was very efficient in their work. Originally, we were told the job would two days, but they brought 6 workers plus a crew leader. The foundation work was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up our yard and my neighbor said you could not notice that extensive work had been done. The price was very competitive and I will recommend them to others if asked. read more

Thanks for your help with foundation repairs and follow-up customer service. Much appreciated.

Please find below my recommendation for why you should check out Williamson Foundation Repair if you are looking to acquire foundation repair services from a top-tier contractor. They are simply the best of the best in the DFW area. Williamson Foundation Repair recently successfully installed multiple tiers under our home, which is built on the side of a steep hill with an overlook out back, right off Joe Poole Lake. They both leveled the structure to it's optimum positioning, as well as supported the foundation all the way down to bedrock. Our home is no longer merely soil dependent and is locked in place with heavy duty steel piers. Carlos and his team did an absolutely amazing job and were wonderful to work with. Additionally, Lee, our sales engineer, was equally amazing at his craft... as well as Denese, the office manager who was also fantastic to collaborate with in this effort. Folks, one of the things I came to admire about the Williamson team is they are honest. They say what they do... and they do what they say. Admittedly, I can be a bit zealous when it comes to performance outcomes, especially, on a project of such importance to the overall integrity of our home. Some of this is likely due to the lens I look through with regard to detail and professionalism within the building trades. I was formerly a licensed builder and commercial design engineer who managed the building division for the largest news company in America. Previously, I was the managing executive of Starline... one of the largest building & kitchen design centers in America. Thus, having supervised numerous installations myself over 30 years... from residential installations to commercial projects for major Fortune 500 companies, I can assure you that I have personally witnessed both the good and bad within the construction industry. Based on my own experience, I assure you, without hesitation, Williamson Foundation Repair is among the best at what they do. They are a master at their craft within the foundation repair industry. DFW residents are very fortunate to have this company as a viable option for all of their foundation repair needs. In short, if you need some work on your home or company's foundation and are looking for a top quality repair, a great price, installed with amazing results... combined with an exquisite warranty to boot, you need to look no further. You've found it here with Williamson Foundation Repair. Mark Welch President (Retired) Fox Studio Dallas, TX read more

I noticed my facia board was coming apart on the corner of my garage. That corner was leaning and I had a large crack in my garage wall. I called for several quotes and Williamson was the first to schedule an appointment. They came out quickly and told me what the problem was and explained the different types of piers I'd need to lift the garage area. The price wasn't as bad as I had feared and I went with the piers that went to bedrock. The crew came the following week. Carlos and his workers did an excellent job and cleaned up the property well. I didn't get the other quotes because John came out and gave me an honest opinion and quote. I did my homework and the cost was in line with what I researched. I would recommend them and use again if needed. read more

We had them come out to our new house and mapped our elevations for any future foundation repairs. I recommend them to everyone!

On the advice of the estimator, I had plumbing work completed on my home several months preceding my foundation repair. I was told that they would be careful and work to prevent damage to my new pipes. Shame on me for listening to him. After $14k in brand new plumbing and over $6k in foundation work, I'm now back at square one and need another tunneling job with extensive plumbing repair. Although the employees are friendly, do not listen to their advice regarding plumbing. It will inevitably damage your pipework no matter if the job is new or old. When contacted, I was basically told, "Sorry, it happens." I don't mind paying to have services completed; I just don't want to have to do it twice. read more

They reached out to fix the situation, and when I have a resolution I will update this again.

Deciding on a company to choose for foundation work is a bit intimidating. Especially given there are no real laws governing this type of business. However...I got a great review/referral from a friend about Williamson, and I have not been disappointed. Norman did a thorough review and estimate for me-and suggested I get a structural engineer report to verify his findings. I did, and Williamson followed the report down to the last detail-41 piers! The crew was at my home for four days, everything was done as promised, they were respectful, cleaned-up beautifully, and kept me informed every step of the way. What could have been a tension-filled experienced turned out to be run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Kudos to Ashley in the home office; Norm for his expert estimating; and Crew Chief Hector and his crew for their professional and thorough implementation. Very impressed. read more

I called this company weeks ago along with 3 other companies. I never received a call back to schedule a visit or even a response. I then called again yesterday to see if we can schedule something. I was told by the recetionist or lady who answered that I will get a follow up call with the scheduler. I then get the call from the scheduler only to be told they are months out and can't service my job. She proceeded to calling me a jackass then hung up. 100% unprofessional company due to representation from this lady. I had several bids on the house I need repaired, there are much better companies online than this one. read more

UPDATE: The effort by Williamson Foundation Repair to mitigate the issues described in my original review are commendable. My thanks to the office staff, the crew members who replenished the landscaping rock, and to Mr. Williamson for following up. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We opted to use this company to adjust 17 piers as recommended by an engineering report. No warranty was given because the adjustments were done to existing piers not installed by Williamson Foundation Repair. This was expected and is not why I give Williamson Foundation Repair one star. The foundation engineer referred us to five foundation companies, and we chose Williamson Foundation Repair because of the competitive price and organized way they handled their quote/billing. The reason for one star is because of the following: First, the foundation engineer recommended having pictures taken of each pier adjustment before backfilling and field notes from the adjustment results be provided to the foundation engineer. I made these requests in writing to Williamson Foundation Repair to which they agreed to do so. I repeated these requests to the site foreman once work began. He also agreed. I followed up with Williamson Foundation Repair after the work was done to confirm this information was sent to the foundation engineer. Neither request was honored. The foundation engineer now has no way of ensuring the work was performed to specification other than him performing a follow up measurement. I also have no record that 17 piers were adjusted. Second, the work area was completely decimated after work was done. Landscaping rock was haphazardly moved out of the way, commingled with the clay soil, and a portion of which must now be replenished because it was buried with the backfilling. Steal shims were strewn throughout the backfilled soil, making it difficult to spread the mounds of soil left from the backfilling. Foundation irrigation drip lines were moved out of the way but were not moved back to their original location. I would not recommend using Williamson Foundation Repair. read more

Truly 5 star. I found this company through Roger's YouTube video (awesome video, go watch it), and saw all the 5 star reviews, very well deserved, so I had them check out my foundation due to recent cracks I had found on the walls inside/outside. Norman came to my house, super nice, honest, thorough, answered all questions, and gave me a whole bunch of suggestions to avoid further foundation issues. read more

Lee came out to give me an estimate i had previously got another estimate for $6500 Front corners were sagging Lee told me i didnt need any work done that i did have some movement but not enough to warrant the work mentioned gutters would help so i had them installed I would call Brown Foundation again read more

Williamson Foundation came and worked leveling my house in March of 2015. They proceeded with the work, leveled the house and gave their "lifetime warranty" and charged me $10,500.00. Around two years later the piers had failed to hold. I contacted Williamson and they returned and inspected the house and said 3 additional piers were needed on the southwest side of the house at an additional cost of $1,380.00. That area of the house had no problems. I realized however, that they wouldn't return to fix the east side of the house without paying the additional money so I agreed to the proposal as the original problem was getting worse. It took more than 2 months for them to return. They came and shimmed up under the original piers. They then dug 3 holes along the southwest side of the house. When they jacked the slab up it cracked and the far west end of the house fell. I asked the foreman to correct this to which he replied he was being paid to put in 3 piers and could do nothing more. By putting in piers where none were needed a problem was created where none had previously existed. Williamson's stated that, "once a pier is installed it cannot be removed", is false. All this crew did was dig down 18-20 inches, drop a concrete block in the hole, jack up the slab, then put other blocks on top. No fresh concrete was poured and no rebar was used. NONE. They were leaving two hours after arrival. I know this is frustrating for them as it is for me. The house is much worse than it was when they started and I need it corrected and want them to honor their commitment to warranty work. That is it. All the posted pictures were taken AFTER the additional piers were added. As you can see, I had the house painted thinking the foundation was fixed, the fix actually causing significant damage. They bathtub on that side of the house no longer drains, holding over TWO INCHES of water, the drop off is so significant. I would gladly change this review if they would simply level my home, once and for all. read more

Phil came in on time and did a thorough check of my house including the garage since I noticed the crack above my family room window looks like getting bigger than what I saw in 2016 when I bought this 1989 build house. Phil spent his time more than twice than the other two foundation repair companies and advised me that the foundation is just fine, no need to repair!! My friend who is in the real estate business and also has some engineering background also advised me nothing to wrong. All in all, I would highly recommend Wiiliamson Foundation to my neighbors and friends. Just so you know that Structure Foundation advised me the repair cost will be $5800 for total 9 pilings and RS Foundation told me the cost will be $2480for total 10 pillars. read more

Very pleased with Williamson foundation repair. I was given a through, and honest evaluation. Day one they put me at ease over the phone, and set up an appointment quick. The evaluator that came was friendly, fast, very knowledgeable, and had the right tools for the job. He provided a detailed document showing the state of the foundation, and justification in my case why I did not need repair. Very trustworthy, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you! read more
