Between flooding the underside of our home due to not properly backfilling (pictured below) to installing a grinder pump on a bathroom and kitchen and it failing evey six months... they went from promising us the grinder is strong enough to grind anything and everything to today where they said, and I quote, "you shouldn't flush even toilet paper down those pumps and instead throw the toilet paper in a trash can". They screen my call, my husbands calls, and even the guys they sent to "fix" the problem. It's a mess, unprofessional, and costing us thousands of dollars to fix.

We contacted all of them for quotes based on our report from him. Elite was one of the fastest to get back to me. They are very e-mail friendly and quick to reply. Social anxiety people will appreciate this about them. For us we wanted someone who was responsive, priced fairly, well-reviewed, and didn't have the salesperson feeling to their interactions. They were our second choice initially but Wai came out and we really liked how straightforward and informative he was. We changed our minds and went with our gut. I'm very glad we chose Elite. Their price was in the middle of all of the quotes and very fair. The process was fast and easy. From quote to completion was just over a week. We had 30 piers installed over 2 days. The crew was great. The repair required our yard to be thoroughly destroyed but they made sure to put it all back nice and tidy. Communication throughout was great, too. Despite being a highly invasive type of repair, it couldn't have gone better. Doors that have never latched now latch and the awful cracks are closed up.
