Very friendly & knowledgeable people here, helped diagnose a major issue on my 2023 zx6r, and when…read morerepairs didn't go as planned they corrected the problem immediately

I used this shop 3 times and each time had an issue…read more First time was for new tires and brakes. For my Triumph Explorer 1250. The Bike came back with the rear tire mounted backwards and on one of the front calipers both bolts were only finger tightened Next time was for a fluids change out of the Triumph Explorer, as well as new tires. This was supposed to take 2 days but took a week. The mechanics had no idea how to change the coolant fluid. They told me I had to find the maintenance manuals for them to do the job. I'm sorry but that's what your job is.. The bike was finally picked up a week later with out the coolant job done. 3rd and final time. I had a repair job for my Thruxton that was laid down. Minor repair work of a scratched tank and a few bolt on items. Mirror, clutch lever, shifter. The clutch wasn't adjusted so the bike wouldn't start (safety sensor) in position 3 or 4 on the clutch lever. The shifter was mounted incorrectly. Lastly the owner talked me into an air injector removal to get more performance. I agreed to do it while the bike was in. The AI removal job was a hack job. He removed the tubes and capped the taps but left the MAF sensors and pump sensor unplugged. This lead to a check engine light on that won't go out. Resistors need to be added for this to be done correctly. Now the Thruxton is at the dealer having the hack work corrected and overall checked over to make sure nothing else was missed. I can't stress enough what a terrible experience this shop has been each time. Malisa can't keep any timelines she promises and is rude. If you want your bike done right the first time Do Not Go Here!
