Now, that's it for the good.. he has absolutely no sense of time whatsoever! Not only can he not show up on time, or even on the same day as your appointment time.. he does a mediocre job at best. For the price I paid, I expected the whole inside to be clean, after all, that's what I paid for. The job I got wasn't worth $20! He responded by saying he would come back today by 4:30pm while it's still daylight to clean it again for no charge this time. I did really appreciate that response. Now that it's just under 3 hours past when he was supposed to show up, with no call or text.... I am very upset! I'm mad now that he didn't even say he's sorry at the very least. I am a very reasonable and rational person. If he were to have shown up today, I would have reviewed him with 5 starts even considering what happened. I believe in second chances. That's why when he didn't show up when he said he would many times, I let it go. Two guys showed up at the appointed time and I could tell right away I was likely to be happy with the service. They were both very professional and personable, and they had a new trailer full of all of the equipment and supplies they needed (including water and electricity). After they both put in a solid 3 hours of work, the result was an SUV that would have passed for new if it were not for the couple of dings accumulated over 6 years and 100,000 miles of use.
