The store manger is unbelievably unfriendly. I wanted to purchase fuel injector cleaner. She scanned the items, but answered the phone, and didn't even say, 'Thank you for calling Auto Zone, please hold.' I just stood there waiting! Finally I turned and walked out. I can see why the stores rating is two stars. Auto Zone needs an executive to go in undercover and interact with that store. Down the street is O'Reily's - I went in and was greeted right away. I mentioned what I needed and the young man pointed the way. He asked if I had a customer number and I said, 'No, I'm an Auto Zone guy, but the store down the street is horrible.' His response, 'I get that a lot.' I paid and left. If you work in customer service - be kind, and make customers feel they've come to the right place. It's that simple.

I bought the battery and they offered to install the battery right there. It was a small gesture but it was great to be on the road again with no issues or concerns. After the install, they did re-testing to assure me there were no other issues before leaving.
