Instead of repairing the antenna on top of my car like I had asked them to do, they actually charged me $25 to ghetto-rig my antenna with ELECTRICAL TAPE! I had decided to let that slide, solely because they had already taken a full WEEK longer than anticipated to complete a job that was supposed to take TWO DAYS. However, when I questioned them about a (newly) broken part on my vehicle that had been in PERFECT condition on the day it was brought to E & M, the owner IMMEDIATELY began arguing with me & behaving aggressively. He arrogantly informed me that he is "a millionaire" who doesn't need my family's business. At this point, I'd had enough of these filthy, backwoods people, and I began to shout back at the owner (Did I mention that he was actually SHOUTING at me?) Like a typical, boring, sexist with a small vocabulary, his response to a strong woman was to ignorantly refer to her as a "sl*t." I truly feel sorry for any women that might have the misfortune to be in this man's life. It boggles my mind that this sloppy, disgusting misogynist would receive ANY business at all. The icing on the cake was when I took my car to a reputable mechanic afterwards, and he informed me that the SCAM ARTISTS at E & M had rewired my engine incorrectly and -- get this -- had actually used SPEAKER WIRE INSIDE OF MY CAR'S ENGINE!
