Extremely poor customer service. There was a male and female employees working the service area. They did not greet or offer any assistance. Awesome place. My sister came to visit me recently from Missouri. While spending the night at my place, her battery died in her car. Problematic because she was scheduled to leave for home the next day. Called to see if she could get in at my trusty Belle Tire but no beuno. All booked up. My husband had been here recently to buy parts so he suggested we swing by. Hallelujah. Not only a cheap battery but free installation, all for way less than expected. 11.19.2019 I called autozone for prices on a part. First of all the lady on the phone needs to listen. She asked me for year make and model, so I blutter out.. 2010 cadillac srx awd v6. Her answer/more question. Is it a luxury, performance or premium? I say again, performance awd, she asks is it FWD or AWD? Really???? I was just awstruck at the apparent prudiness of the staff at this Auto Zone. Very rude and short. And thats before I goy 10 feet in the door. Might have been the owner as she was bossing the staff around. After regaining my composure, I attempted to comunicate my needs to them when the short woman said I did not have to come there. She wasd absolutely right. I went down the block toO'Reilly's auto parts. there I was met with proffesionalism. They knew their craft and were wonderfull. This Auto-Zone is in the Zone! They have everything I need to keep our old cars going! The staff is professional and very friendly! The manager Charles is Awesome as well! I get it... the store closes at 10pm and I called at 9:33pm on Friday night (9/18) with concerns of my car's battery. I understand the immediate frustration that the employee who "helped" me had...but I still left bitter. I made it in around 9:45pm and the same employee who answered my call earlier ( bald older man who can't wear a mask properly) checked out my battery and confirmed that I needed a new one. He immediately left without any further recommendations or advice after inspecting it. Yet alone a goodbye or goodnight. I approached him inside the store and asked if I could buy a new one. Sighing and pouting, he proceeded to go through the transaction. He then dismissively said goodnight. I was confused... could you help me put the battery in for me? "No, it'll take 20 minutes and we are about to close". "By the sound of it, you called and came here quickly, you don't live far.. don't turn off your car and go home". First of all, don't assume because I went to this store so quick after our phone conversation that I live close. I live a couple hours away and desperately needed a new battery. This autozone was the only store that was open that was near by where I was spending my evening before heading home. My car didn't start twice and I asked for help to get it jumped by strangers. He saw that I was upset and aggressively asked me if I wanted a refund. I sure do. Honestly, thank you for the customer service. I don't know much about cars but I can reassure myself that it takes someone with either brain damage or straight up rudeness to say that changing a battery takes 20 minutes. Thank you for helping out. The store wasn't closed yet, I wasn't rude and I desperately needed help. He mouthed a few words as I left... but like I said, I get it... you were about to close. Tried to return a defective paint can spray and it blotched all over my car and leaked. I tried to return in and showed them that it was not spraying as it was defective. The manager who was a black male tried to blame it on me since the can was 3/4 empty. I asked him to go ahead and spray it so he could see the high volume of paint that would come out but he responded disrespectfully saying " now why should I do that ". Then accused me of using the can and trying to get a free one. So he was accusjng me of being a thief, I told him to just keep the can and don't worry about the exchange. He just laughed. I've been a customer there since it opened a few years ago soending at least $2000 the past 12 months and I've decided no longer. I work hard for a living and to be called a thief is disrespectful. I will also let my family, neighbors and friends know that the customer service is third world and is not worth the savings compared to other stores who put customers first. read more

Always super helpful at this location. There's a middle aged woman with long black hair that always helps us and goes above and beyond to make sure we get the right things we need. She didn't give us her name. But we are thankful for the help. I've been to other autozone locations and typically prefer O'Reilly because of bad experiences with other autozone, but my multiple experiences at this autozone have increased my confidence about going here. read more

There is a black elderly worker seemed like the manager was very rude. Seemed like he didn't want to answer questions. I suggest going to orielys a few blocks down as thier attitude towards customer service is better. Regarding that AutoZone, eventually I'll see if they will honor thier lifetime warranty on parts I've already bought. read more
