Vicar's had our trailer for 13 weeks and never once contacted us about repairs needed. When they FINALLY called to tell us that the repair was complete (13 weeks later), we were out of town. Finally picked it up and they were rude and defensive. Also, the brake line was broken. When that was pointed out, they said "it wasn't on the work order". We NEVER Got a work order! Just opened the storage section of the camper and there was 10" of water in it. We will NEVER do business with them again.

Took my truck in friday to get some work done, I told they I also need my engine brake switches on…read moremy dashboard fix and I said it several times and they said they would order the parts and they would be in on Monday, they did not repair the engine brake switches at all and they acted as if I never told them it needed repair. My company told me to get out of they because they have a reputation for not fixing thing properly if at all. Damn!!

First Time buyers We just bought 2018 Jayco Jay…read moreflight265RLS First off the Sales Representative Charlie and Business Manager Kiel the were very nice helpful respectful in every possible great job guys. This young lady I thank her name is Sara that did the walk through and show us how to work every thing and what it was for did a wonderful job showing us every about our trailer, any questions we had she answered them. she even showed us every thing we would need to set up our camper once we got it. Upon inspection of our 2018 Jayco Jay Flight 265RLS. We did find a few things wrong there is a chip in the counter also where the counter is joined together behind the stove there is a gab in the counter top where the meet on both sides and over time if water or moisture were to get in there it would warp also the trim around the counter was coming off. the sink has scratches in a few places Sara told us that every thing would be fixed I told her that I want a new counter i did explain to that is a new trailer and I did not want it fixed but a new counter top and for every thing to be sealed. that I would not except delivery of our camper unless every thing was done and done right It is a brand new camper and there should be nothing wrong with it. she said she would see what could be done. We have not even used it yet so no reason for the scratches on or in the sink or a the counter to be chipped. None of that is her fault she did not build the camping trailer. It is Jayco's for not inspecting there product be for they send there camper to dealer ships to sell them. Also the dealer ship holds some responsibility too. Let see what happens and if it gets fixed and done right.
