I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

I can't say enough about Wear Master Tire Shop -- they genuinely saved my trip!…read moreI was heading to the airport on I-275 South when I got a flat tire near exit 22. Already running late, it took another hour and a half just to get a tow truck out to put air in my spare. By the time I called Wear Master, I was frantic. They listened to my situation, told me to come in, and true to their word -- even with a shop full of cars -- they stopped what they were doing and immediately took care of me. They put a temporary tire on my unrepairable flat and had me back on the road as fast as humanly possible. If it weren't for them, I would have 100% missed my flight to Mexico. My rental car and hotel were both prepaid, so I would have been out a significant amount of money. Thankfully my flight was delayed by two hours, and I barely made it -- but I would NOT have made it at all without Wear Master going above and beyond for me. And on top of everything, the price was extremely fair. These are genuinely good people who care about their customers. If you need tires, don't think twice -- this is the place.
