I would have to say that Diesel Repair Specialist is the worst company I've ever taken my vehicle to. I had my truck repaired there, and it took two months to get my vehicle repaired for a water pump. Not because I had a hard thing to fix, it was just that they're so slow that it is not worth going to them at all. They pretend to be a big operation but they're entirely a small operation with 3 mechanics and it takes months to fix your vehicle. Who can wait two months or three to get a truck set? After getting it back, my truck has a water pump leak again, and I can't even get a mechanic from the company to speak with me on the phone to talk with me. They claim they're too busy to talk to me, the customers. I only had a question. I was concerned about calling because I knew it would take such a long time for my truck to get back into their shop, and it may take another month to get the truck back from them if I dropped it off. No company operates like this. I will contact the Better Business Bureau. I just paid close to $4000, and it was a complete waste. It looks like this company takes your money and then hides behind the secretary instead of being professional and talking with the person for three minutes. I called and was respectful, and she gave me an excuse we have company policies. You can't speak with the mechanic. I told other mechanic shops that I know what happened, and they started laughing at how long my truck was in service with this company, and it's not fixed. They were shocked and told me never to go there again. I would never in my life take my vehicle to this company or recommend this company at all to anyone. I have friends who were outraged that own diesel vehicles trucks that will never go to this shop because of the experience that I had. One person represents five people, and if this is how they want to do business, it just makes their company look super bad. I can't believe any of these written reviews because they can't be correct based on how this company operate. The secretary may be riding the reviews. I have never in my life seen any diesel mechanic or any company take two months to repair a vehicle for a minor water pump. Now you have to wait almost six weeks to get another appointment with them because they're so slow at getting trucks in and out. I would never waste another dime with this company, and I could not even get someone to talk, which is unheard of after they took my money was out there shop. I was told I need to make an appointment to speak with them a week and a half away. So very unprofessional. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times it's hopeless. If they got my truck back in in a few weeks, it'll take them another month to fix it again. Bad work!!!!! My ground has been soaked with coola

They always fix issues and show me what needed to be done. Their prices are reasonable and the service is fast. You can't go wrong with DRS. The time from start to repaired and on the road was impressive. They communicated the details thoroughly through the repair process as well. I had a very frustrating experience with Rashid and this shop. Before bringing my vehicle down, I…read morespoke with Rashid on the phone and explained exactly what I needed done. I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.
