I was referred to Nice Wheels by my dealership after I hit a pothole and ended up with a flat tire and a bent rim. The service department gave me a landline (no answer) and a mobile number. I got right through on the mobile number and had a nice chat with Luis about what happened and what they would do to fix it. He offered to text me the address so I had it on my phone for GPS. We communicated through text for the next couple of days as I had to push my appointment back due to a delay with the service my dealer was doing. Luis was very responsive and accommodating. When I arrived, he immediately helped me get the damaged wheel off and, inspected it. And rather than put the donut on my car, he realized he had a full size spare available for me to borrow. I dropped off on Thursday afternoon and he said they could keep the wheel over the holiday weekend if I needed them to, but they ended up completing the work quickly and I was back on the road the next morning. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to a replacement wheel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - good service, good pricing. read more

My dealership suggested I go to Nice Wheels and see if the can fix my rim instead of ordering a new one. I called the shop and they got me in the next day. I picked up my car 2 days later and you would never know that there was ever any damage to the rim. They were extremely professional and helpful. They saved me $200. Don't waste your time and money here. Bad communication, horrible paint job on wheel, over spray all over inside of rim, horrible attempt at taping the wheel, etc., Wheel wasn't picked up when arranged, and was not finished when promised either. Looked like I could've done a better job myself with some 3M painters tape and a rattle can. The only semi noble thing done was the price was adjusted to 50% off. I would give zero stars if I could. Never use this place for body work. I had a headlight replaced and my hood paint on my Audi S8. All under my INS. The headlight was installed without reprogramming and they did not swap over the parts from the old headlight. I got the car back with 4 error codes, which I had to take to the dealer to get repaired, pay OFP, then get reimbursement from INS. This place refused to pay the dealer to do this when they had it, and gave me back a unfinished car. Now on to the hood!! What A FN distaste the hood is. 1)there are paint runs under the lip of the hood, 2) the hood has fish eyes EVERYWHERE, 3) what looks like two "puddles" of paint, 4) discoloration for dirt! The hood looks like it painted outside and there was no way this was in a CLEAN room, or wet sanded or prepped in anyway. STAY AWAY! I now have to find a place to repaint my hood on my dime! read more

Contacted the guy to get rim service at first. I went down there to talk to him and he wasn't around. All communication was through email. Then, I booked an appointment for windows tinted and this person didn't even have me down for the appointment. I left the car at 9:30 and came back at 4:15 and it hadn't been touched. This person seems completely disorganized and if you compare the wait times to other places, he wants the car twice as long because he probably books too many customers. Not very prudent, imo. read more

I recently scraped my rim against a curb and contacted about half a dozen places to request a quote to have the scratch repaired and the rim repainted. Nice wheels responded in a timely manner and their quote was lower than any others I'd received. I had to wait while the work was done so they scheduled me first thing in the morning and completed the work in less than two hours. They warranty their work and I'm very satisfied with the quality. I initially wrote a bad review of this place after having gone there twice and couldn't get the work done due to 'scheduling conflicts'. The owner (Luis/Louis) called me back and set up a time to fit me in this week that worked for both of us. These guys do great work. I had a black rim which was tough to fix, but they did it no problem. Painted my calipers too. Nice guys, nice shop, in and out in about an hour. I would recommend. Do not go here if you have 3 piece wheels. these guys did a horrible job on my wheels. They didn't tighten all my bolts on my wheels so I've lost bolts while driving. My wheels were leaking from losing bolts so that caused me to damage my inner barrels because i debeaded. Also they was suppose to bring my polish lips back to new but all they ended up doing was scratching My lips. On my faces it came out 3 different reds. In doors they look fine but when you brought the wheels out in the sun one was pink. one was a light red and the other two was the red i requested. Don't go here if you have 3 piece wheels i should've did more research. read more

I had my alloy wheels refinished due to curb rash/pothole damage. They looked great for a few months, but then they started to peel. Not a good look. This is a review about lousy customers service....i have no idea if they do good work or not. My guess is No! Although if you call a mobile repair services you expect them to call you back. If they text you back saying they will quote you just send a picture and ignore you is lousy service. Then a few days later ask me where i am located. Then no response on yes you can or no you can't work on the wheel. Now the day im getting the car worked on this dude response to a message telling me not worth doing one wheel....seriously? Okay fine how about you show some professionalism call the customer back or respond to the text messages you sent. These guys are a joke and if this is your way to make money i couldn't trust you at all to not over charge someone. Get a clue on customer service! read more

In terms of finding an honest, reasonable, and quick wheel repair, Nice Wheels is as good as it gets. I had scratched my rims on a curb and called around to see how much it would cost to get the wheels repaired. Nice Wheels came in with a quote about half the price of its competitors. The best part is, they came out to your work or home and fix it on the spot. My wheels were fixed within the matter of 45 minutes. Voila, like brand new. I'm sure this guy does good work if you could ever get him to call you back!! The web site says for a fast response, please text pictures of the rim damage. I started that process about a week ago and it took a couple of days just to get an estimate on what it would cost to get four rims fixed. This guy is either way too busy or he doesn't give a crap about his business/customers. 8 days later I still have not received a date/time, so I'm taking my business elsewhere. Stay away from this place... I would be worried that he wouldn't even show up if you had an appointment. read more
