September 15 2023 - 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350; $7,000.00 in Auto repairs…read more I was referred to Pat's Auto sales/Auto Body inc. After an accident I brought my car there with the understanding that it was going to be a minor repair and they would complete all the work. When I took my car from the Autoshop when Pat's told me it was finished the emblem from the car came off. When I examined it, I noticed that the emblem had been patched. It was the same old/original emblem that broke in the accident. At that point, I was doubtful about everything that went on in that shop and subsequently brought my car to a Mercedes dealer to have experts look at my car and analyze all the repairs done to my car. I also had them provide me with a new written estimate. The Mercedes-Benz expert sent me pictures of everything that he found that was not new but was claimed as new by Pat's Auto. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and Pat's responded by recreating a false estimate with higher numbers. Their response claimed that they worked basically for free - they did not take responsibility for their neglect to fulfill their original promise but instead tried to divert the actual facts. I had to write this review to do right by people. Pat's Auto sale Auto Body inc. is a scam.

We've all heard the horror stories experienced by those who have been mistreated by automotive companies. Since the automotive repair industry requires specialized skill that those not in the business rarely have, abuse is unfortunately rampant. And seniors and women are especially susceptible to such abuse. My mother, a woman in her 70's had two strikes against her. This week my mother brought her car to Angell's for some repairs and was quoted a price by Robert Feuti. Having secured estimates from multiple collision repair shops, she felt that the quote that Robert had given her for her repairs was both fair and reasonable. However, in all candor, she and I both were somewhat concerned that the repair shop might (before or) after completion of the service notify her of additional charges. This is not terribly unusual in automotive repair situations. Not only did Mr. Feuti complete the repairs with impeccable results, he returned the car to my mother beautifully detailed - and for less money than the agreed-upon repair quote. My mother is thrilled with the experience and I couldn't be more relieved at how well she was treated by Angell's Collision Service. I would recommend this shop highly to anyone needing the services of a highly-skilled, reasonably-priced and customer-satisfaction oriented automotive repair service. Thank you, Mr. Feuti!

AAA sent a technician, Angel from 3B auto to tow my car from a flat tire…read more Before towing my car, he took a further look and asked what happened. He first checked the spare tire and bounced it off the ground said it was completely fine and usable said he can replace it for me. Then he removed the deflated tire, filled it with air to diagnose where the air was leaking, realize it was from the rims, he used a hammer to quickly fix it back in place. Instead of towing my car immediately, he further diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Saved me the hassle of even using the spare tire, bringing it to another tire shop to get it fixed. Really saved me the trouble! Angel's service was amazing and couldn't be happier, he was a literal Angel!

Both times I've gone to Gaumond's have been great. (At least as far as auto body shops go - not…read moremost people's favorite way to kill time.) The first time was for a replacement front bumper on my Honda Accord. They did good work in short time, and were up-front about the cost. The 2nd time I brought in the same car was after it had been totaled by a front-end loader (while innocently and legally parked). They didn't end up doing any work on it: they told me it was almost certainly a total loss, which my insurance adjuster later confirmed. Carol at the front office was extremely helpful and made a bad situation as manageable as possible. They're also a "trusted partner" shop of my insurance company (Commerce), so that made for a smoother process. I hope I never need auto-body work again, but if I do, I'm heading back to Gaumond's.
