this was preferred shop with my insurance company. first was told by the person doing our estimate that they are very busy why didn't we take it elsewhere. ( should have listened). end result car looks good but had our car for over 5 weeks (8 days over date told). car sat at shop for one week waiting for a windshield replacement ( their glass guy was out). only text updates once a week and they do not answer if you text back. texts were not helpful (should be, could be) with text you next week. I my truck to Lundgren Collision Center after a bad accident. There was also some mechanical damage too. When I got the truck back, I was more than happy. The body work they did was amazing. My truck looked like brand new. However, they overlooked the mechanical damage. I was a little upset, but Mike the Customer Service rep. took care of everything. He even waived the cost of purchasing and installing a RAM emblem on the side of my truck. All in all it turned out to be a good experience thanks to Mike. read more

We could not be more disappointed, and we will never use them again. I think we learned our lesson that if a company is the preferred company for an insurance company. It means they are doing everything they can to save the insurance company money and cut all pisible corners. We got rear-ended, and our minivan got hit pretty bad. They did a hack job. When we got the minivan back, the trunk door did not open and close smoothly; the camera would be finniky, and at times not work, the trunk door and spoiler clearly didn't hang straight. one sliding side door doesn't close smoothly anymore, we have cracks in the interior that clearly match up with the rest of the damage from the accident, and the vacume cleaner that is a part of the cars interior didn't work. These are just a few of the problems we had when we got our minivan back from Lundgrens. They didn't fix all of the problems, and they kept saying the insurance company would not fix any of this even though it was clearly part of the accident damage and their (Lundgren) poor labor. It has now been months, and we are still waiting to get a promised call back from them to schedule the parts they agreed they would fix that was their poor installation and labor. read more

Forgot to get a status call back at the end of the day was the only bad thing I could say. But the quality of work was excellent. The car was cleaned up and detailed nicely. I don't typically write many reviews but I felt I needed to write one for Lundgren. My daughter was recently in an accident with her Honda Accord and Lundgren was one of the body shops that the insurance company recommended. I'm typically very cautious about any type of auto repair place or dealership since some have some pretty poor service. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed. They had the car exactly as long as they said they would and even finished a day early. The work was excellent. All the door, fender, hood gaps were perfect and the paint work was well done. Be careful about buying a car here! When you go to finance your new car they leave out that fact that they are bullying you into opening a new savings account with a credit union. They don't tell you that when you will go to pay your loan payments they will force you into transferring money into the said savings account to THEN transfer to pay your payment. OR if you want to use their online loan payment from your primary bank account you can ONLY pay the exact amount of your monthly payment. When talking to the bank over the phone and explaining how none of this was told to myself or my fiance they said they have been trying to get the dealership to explain this to their buyers. This is my first review for anyone! I went to them on the day of the worst snow storm with the front bumper of my car dangling and a huge dent over the rear tire. They had a really nice guy come out and look at my car, he said they were shutting in less than two hours and that he couldn't do much. I asked him to make it drivable for me and he was quick and good at it. They made a quick fix in an hour and I was happy and leaving their center feeling relieved and assured. read more

I took my 2013 Honda accord there to replace timing belt at agreed price of $990 at the time reservation. Two hour after my car being in their garage, they called me and asked me for another $164 to replace the tensioner, gave them the benefits of the doubt and told them go ahead to replace it. Picked up the car and the next day noticed my remote control is not working and after making sure it is not the battery and my spare remote control also have the same problem, took the car back for them to check it out and they told me the Keyless access control unit is gone bad and it will cost over $600.00 to replace it. The technician told me that could have happened because of power surge or system malfunction and then he tells me it was bad when I got there , so now i lie because they need to get $600 richer..... of course they had nothing to do with it!!!!! Or messed it .... The place is a joke . No doubt in my mind my remote was working when I got there but they won't take responsibility for what they did wrong.... Stay away from this place... I am taking them to small claims .... that was first and last time I deal with these people read more

Absolute horrible experience - stay away from this auto dealer. I "purchased" a car from them and spent 3 hours at the dealership going through paperwork, talking with salespeople, finance people, etc. When I called my salesperson to get a copy of my paperwork, he ignored my calls for 2 days. Finally, I got a call from the finance guy telling me they sold me a car that was already sold! This after they checked their computer system while I was there to let me know the car was available. My letter of complaint to the General Manager has gone unanswered. I will be reporting them to Honda Corporation, BBB and the Attorney General. Abysmal customer service. Save your money and time and go to a dealer with competent employees. read more
