I got right through on the mobile number and had a nice chat with Luis about what happened and what they would do to fix it. He offered to text me the address so I had it on my phone for GPS. We communicated through text for the next couple of days as I had to push my appointment back due to a delay with the service my dealer was doing. Luis was very responsive and accommodating. When I arrived, he immediately helped me get the damaged wheel off and, inspected it. And rather than put the donut on my car, he realized he had a full size spare available for me to borrow. I dropped off on Thursday afternoon and he said they could keep the wheel over the holiday weekend if I needed them to, but they ended up completing the work quickly and I was back on the road the next morning. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to a replacement wheel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - good service, good pricing.

If those supercar guys use them, it should be good for my Mazda! I was right. Ryan was able to repair my wheel and it looks like new. It also cost 1/3 the price of a new OEM wheel. His shop is located in an industrial part of Fall River, which is kind of hard to find. Just follow the road until it ends and hang a right through the gate and you'll see a workshop with Audis or other cool cars in front of it. He does a lot of work for the big dealerships as well as tire shops, so cut out the middle man and come straight here. The repair takes about a day so you'll have to leave your broken wheel and drive home on 3! Seriously though, Ryan will put your spare tire on to drive on temporarily. Less than 24 hours later, you'll have your good as new wheel back unless he's super busy. Call ahead to get a time quote.
