It was my husbands birthday and I was going away so needed to find another place to go. I was able to get a last minute appointment in at the screamin peach. Making the appointment was easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Arrived at the location. It is difficult to find a parking spot right on college where they are, and if you are lucky enough to find a spot its pretty hard to back out onto college. Traffic doesn't want to let you out. I would high recommend parking on laurel instead. Once you arrive you have to call to let them know you are there. You will need to wear your mask inside and then use their hand sanitizer or bring your own in to use once inside. The person who worked on me was great. She did a good job and i was very happy with my full leg wax. However, Kristi at Waxing moon is still my favorite and i will be going back to her for my next visit. The prices were a little higher than what I pay at my other studio. The rooms are also private Overall i was happy and I was very thankful to be able to get in so last minute.

The wildest part is my underarms were NOT grown out significantly, often esthetician's give up, rip off my skin, or charge me for four hairs on a strip of fabric all while double dipping and not wearing gloves. Jill, I believe it was, plucked a few and I wholly expected to see endless stragglers as I had multiple different hair lengths coming in at once. I placed an appointment for me and a friend in advance and they required a deposit. I called them multiple times to get the issue resolved and the few people I talked to were rude, dismissive and super unorganized. I was finally able to get a call and was told I would get refunded but never did. In addition, I had a pedicure scheduled with my friend and even though I told them I was waiting for her they were rude and was super pushy for me to start my pedicure without her, also was an option with the pedicure if I wanted a hot stone massage or paraffin wax and I was never asked. Also I didn't like how when I booked the head spa and the pedicure they made me pay at the end and they expected me to tip once and split it evenly between the techs. I'd rather have given more of a tip to the person who did my head spa than the rude pushy person who did my pedicure. Will not be coming back her for the foreseeable future, and will be going to a more professional head spa/ spa in Denver.
