It was my husbands birthday and I was going away so needed to find another place to go. I was able to get a last minute appointment in at the screamin peach. Making the appointment was easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Arrived at the location. It is difficult to find a parking spot right on college where they are, and if you are lucky enough to find a spot its pretty hard to back out onto college. Traffic doesn't want to let you out. I would high recommend parking on laurel instead. Once you arrive you have to call to let them know you are there. You will need to wear your mask inside and then use their hand sanitizer or bring your own in to use once inside. The person who worked on me was great. She did a good job and i was very happy with my full leg wax. However, Kristi at Waxing moon is still my favorite and i will be going back to her for my next visit. The prices were a little higher than what I pay at my other studio. The rooms are also private Overall i was happy and I was very thankful to be able to get in so last minute.

Parking is available in front, but if it's full, be careful where you park so you don't get a ticket. The space was low light, comfortable and smelled great! Anna is great at what she does, the facial was the most comprehensive I've ever had. The products were natural and effective in helping my skin look fresh without being so aggressive that I walked out looking red faced. Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable, this girl knows what she is doing! The process takes about 2-2.5 hours, but is painless and should be a relaxing experience overall. If I'm ever back in FoCo, I'll be back to see Charlotte at the Candy Shoppe. Sidenote for those who have gotten extensions before, Novalash is the way to go. I got real mink lashes in SF and those were nice but had too many rules - especially no oil. I use oil on my face, so that was difficult for me to follow. Novalash are synthetic lashes, but I couldn't tell the different between them and the mink fur ones AND oil keeps them nice n' soft. :)
