Went on 4-29-26 . We decided to give it a try. Walked in seemed very clean. One turn off was one of cooks was sitting by front counter eating than witnessed her spit into bucket that was gross. Should have walked out than but we did not and had meal there. This is your average Chinese restaurant. Starting with wanton soup (average), fried dumplings ( average) but sauce served with it was more like vinegar which was horrible, honey chicken and general toast chicken (average). This chineserestaurant is located within a small strip mall with a lot of food options nearby. You do have an online ordering option, but I called the store and placed an order.They said the food will be ready in fifteen minutes. I placed an order for vegetable fried rice, and Hunan hot chicken with white rice. The parking option is shared with a lot of other shops.However, they have plenty of parking available. As I went to the restaurant you can see there is a dining option with a lot of tables and chairs but I don't believe they do table service. .You can order at the counter, pick up the food and eat at the table. The interior decor was good and the restaurant was kept nice snd clean. No wonder they named it nice. Like any other chinese restaurants, they have a huge menu with several combinations that you can mix it up with white rice, fried rice, lo mein & chow maine. Prices are a little higher.I understand that with the inflation and other things. The food was ready when I reached, the staff greeted and appeared much friendly than a typical chinese takeout. Note that they charge a fee for non cash transactions. Fried rice texture and consistency was spot on. I would have expected some more veggies. The color was yellowish but the taste was okay and once I mixed it with the sauce and hot oil they gave it was good. The Hunan chicken was much better than veg fried rice. The chicken tasted very good. The white rice consistency was awesome and then with the sauce it was perfect. I will definitely try other options here. Worth a visit and quick food delivery with good taste. I have ha much better chinese takeout but this one is definitely on the list. read more

Food wasn't that good. But what really bothered me was that they charged extra for using a DEBIT card. It is against the law for charging a surcharge for using a DEBIT card. You can charge more for a Credit card. I explained this to them, and they said that they did not care. So I referred them to the AG. Pomodoros (another local restaurant) does this, but they will immediately give you the money back, because their system does not know the difference between credit and debit. So I respect that. Wish this place had integrity. Find another place. This place is dirty and run by thieves, and the food is just not good enough to tolerate either. read more

Well, try as I might, this place just keeps taking me on a rollercoaster ride of inconsistency. Today the sesame chicken was so overcooked it was hard as a rock. The House Lomein was gummy and missing the "house". Just awful. So much for convenience. Not recommended at all. read more

First time ordering from here and my order was wrong. Ordered online and ordered sweet and sour shrimp and then when I got home the ticket said sweet/sour chicken. Confirmed the email confirmation and I ordered correctly. The lo mein and shrimp egg rolls were very bland. The wonton soup was not appetizing. The noodles were soggy and the broth had an alcohol filmy taste. Fortune cookies tasted like crap. Good prices but not worth coming back. Above the register was 5 tvs and only one was working. I have been eating at this restaurant since it was at the Boot Road - West Chester location and the food is very good and the portions are a nice size as well. The staff is very friendly and the food is consistent. There aren't many good Chinese food restaurants in Chester County but this is ALWAYS my go to spot when I am in the mood for Chinese food. read more

Have only ordered take-out. Have ordered quite a bit from here recently. Always a good meal and competitively-priced. Egg drop and wonton soups are very good. Honey chicken and sesame chicken combos are also very good. Never had a bad meal here. Fortune cookies are almost always stale but hey, they don't actually make them there so I can't fault them for that. read more

Customer service is not nice at all. I'm a door dasher and I was picking up an order. The person in front of me picked up their order no problem but for mine the lady behind the counter asked to check my phone to see the name of the person who placed the order. Mind you the person in front of me was Caucasian. When I asked why didn't she check her order no response. Definitely avoid at all costs. read more

This place is disgusting. When you walk in the first thing you see is a fish tank with large goldfish in maybe 6" of water which does not seem like enough. It also smells like an attic in this place which was overwhelmingly disgusting. The lady was disrespectful to me as well but i should have expected it seeing as it was a piece of shit inside. We used to go to the one on Boot Rd, but since it closed we now use the Downingtown location. The vegetables are always cooked perfectly (al dente) and the General Tso's tofu is great. Always good flavors and cooked well. Not sure about the bad reviews. We've only had good meals here...and I am quite picky. read more

Typical Chinese take out place. I stop by to check this place out for the first time. I ordered Hot and Sour soup and dinner combo (Egg roll, Pork egg foo young and pork fried rice). Hot and Sour Soup had celery in it(I never had with celery) and NO flavor. Nothing Hot or Sour about this soup. Egg roll... How could you screwup egg roll! I thought every rolls are made by the same company distributed frozen? No taste and bad deep fry job. Pork egg foo young was ok, again no flavor on the mysterious brown sauce. Fried rice was so yellow. I was scared to eat that. I guess I was expected little more for standard Chinese take out place in PA. I don't think I will spend $12 again. read more

Love their lunch specials! Daily is 3.99 and rotates with sesame chicken, general tso, honey chicken, lo mein, and a few others and it comes with rice, you really can't complain. They have plenty of other specials for 5.99, too. Weve been ordering from here once or twice a month for almost a year and we've had all good experiences! read more

Literally probably the best food I have ever had the General Sauce chicken is 10/10 in my opinion the beef is probably like 8/10 or 9/10 the broccoli is 10/10 because I like the beef & broccoli with the sauce they use and the rice is 10/10 I like mixing the food by putting white rice on the bottom of a bowl beef with broccoli in the middle and General Sauce chicken on top which I would %100 recommend doing because in my opinion it is Amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you just want delicious Chinese food. read more

Giving this place 1 is very generous. Flavor was lacking and the sauce on my shrimp was way too runny. Even the fortune cookies were a let down. Our total bill was $25 and that was $24 too much. read more

Very disappointed with order. The egg rolls tasted dried out. The dumplings were tasteless. The General TSO,S was made with dark, stringy, dried out chicken. The sweet and sour gravy on chicken was OK. The chicken was placed on two pieces of broccoli. The honey chicken had an inch of breading around a tiny piece of chicken (terrible tasting like it was from canned chicken),beef and broccoli smelled like fish,and sesame chicken tasted weird and artificial - I can't describe it.
