Explained this, was quoted verbally, charged upfront for the service (this came in handy for them later), service was completed, but installed several inches below ground level with no visible cover and they left. When calling to ask about this issue after the technician left, they stated I should have asked for a detailed quote upfront and had them scope/measure the depth onsite first, because the tank was at a depth where an above ground riser would have stuck 3 inches above ground. They said they "assumed it was the proper depth" when quoting me over the phone and not admitting their mistake- and even claimed they had explained this requirement upfront (which they did not). This is a clear example of taking advantage of the customer to get the job and trying to bait them into an upsell- because they tried to upsell me grading of the lawn to make the riser proper depth. Worst of all- they blamed me for their upfront quoting mistake. My only mistake was trusting them to quote/complete the service properly. Will not be doing business with them again since they charged for a service that has no value/did not accomplish what I requested.

Overall experience, absolutely great and we highly recommend Corriveau Construction.

Hello, I am writing…read morethis message to share my wonderful experience with a recent service performed at my home. I had an excellent experience with GAP Mountain Drilling, LLC, a small, family-owned company founded by Garth Dubois and headquartered in Franklin, New Hampshire. They came highly recommended by a trusted family friend, Andy Davis, and I am truly grateful for that recommendation. I first contacted GAP Mountain Drilling at 8:30 a.m. and left a message. To my surprise, I received a call back within just 10 minutes, at 8:40 a.m., from Ms. Yasmine, who handles and filters all new potential jobs. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She listened carefully to my situation, responded promptly, and immediately made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Within just a few hours of that initial call, Ms. Yasmine provided clear and detailed information that allowed us to move forward with repairing my well pump. She was completely transparent and honest about the costs and walked me through the entire job process step by step, which I truly appreciated. Once we agreed to proceed, she followed up promptly with confirmed ETA arrival times for the technicians, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout. The technicians David (Senior) and his son Zak (Junior) arrived right on time. This father-and-son team immediately assessed the situation, quickly troubleshooting and confirming that my well pump needed to be replaced. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They put me at ease right away and assured me that everything would be taken care of. In just two and a half hours, they successfully replaced my well pump. Their efficiency, expertise, and teamwork were truly impressive. They provided exceptional value for the level of service delivered, treated my property with great respect, and left the work area clean, organized, and spotless once the job was complete. If I had to rate GAP Mountain Drilling, LLC from start to finish on a scale of 1 to 5, I would confidently give them a 5+. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, this was truly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and quality of workmanship reflect the old-fashioned way of doing business where customer care and doing the job right truly matter. I highly recommend GAP Mountain Drilling to all New Hampshire Seacoast families. When it comes to wells, pumps, or geothermal systems, they are without question the clear and trusted choice.
