The only thing I could do was shut off the water to the house as I couldn't figure out why water was pouring out of the washing machine stand pipe. I called Lamprey at 9am and within 1.5 hours they were at my door. They dug thru all of the snow above my tank to access the septic cap and quickly identified and removed the clog. I couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness! We've used them to pump our septic in the past and have also been pleased with that service.

Basement floor cracked in multiple locations within 30 days of being poured. Foundation has multiple hairline cracks in all walls and corners. Final site work including loam was done in hurry up mode. Have large rocks everywhere with final loam thicknesses varying from one inch to 3 inches. Couldn't follow schedule, had to wait or postpone other portions of project. Since final payment, can't get any response about concrete floor or wall issues. Very unprofessional

Not only did they discuss us, they lied to the buyer and told them that they'd been telling us for years that we needed to do something about the hard water issue. Untrue. But, since they lied to the buyer, the buyer tried to con $5000 out of us. After the sale was completed, they called our realtor, and told her what LaChance did. They graciously (ha!) condescended to not report us (to whom?!) if we gave them $5000 to fix the problem. IT'S CITY WATER! The filtration was a bonus not a necessity. LaChance wanted more business/money and used our unpleasant and devious buyers to try and get it. On a side note - all the service men who came to the house were very polite and helpful.
