We recently purchased a cottage up by the lake, and called about using Good Neighbor for our trash…read moreremoval. We mentioned that we may have a few rentals here and there, and Barbara turned extremely rude and refused to provide service because of the rentals. She offered her opinion that our house would be trashed, party central, 15 people sleeping here (it's a small 3 bedroom), and that we would have an excess amount of trash. We've had multiple rental properties in the past and recognize the risks, and take the appropriate actions to mitigate these risks. Unfortunately we will have to look elsewhere for service. I had high hopes after reading previous reviews, but unfortunately this was not my experience.

Steven was easy to talk to and very very patient with me as I didn't know what I was talking about! Steven will delete all the junk off old one and then download rest onto new one this coming week. So we'll see how that goes and I'll post on that as well, but if you're looking for somebody that works on desktops or laptops I highly recommend Stevens PC services, really great guy over the phone, looking forward to meeting him in person this upcoming week...

Absolutely the worst company my wife and I have ever done business with. At the beginning of…read moreOctober they cam to our residence to install a 500# propane tank. They also ran 2 propane lines. One for our home and one for our generator. A couple days later they filled the tank. They informed us that they would not be able to make connections to the house or generator until November 13 as they had a full schedule. Today November 13. They show up and hook the propane to the house but did not connect the generator. I called the office to find out what was happening as they knew that they ran 2 lines. The office informs me that they needed to get a couple parts and the soonest they could return was mid January. Needless to say. We will be getting a new propane company that is competent I don't recommend Dead River to anyone that has to deal with the Bristol NH office.

I felt pretty helpless when my home was sprayed by a skunk to the point of having to leave and then when trapping, actually trapped opossums, which I had never seen here in 10 years. Not only did they keep coming back and trapped 4 opossums before trapping a skunk, they helped me find the hole they had access to inside my home, which they made an enormous mess. While they were securing the hole, they noticed a smell and alerted me to a natural gas leak. Then they returned to clean and disinfect and found 3 dead animals causing the smell to remain. I can't tell you how relieved I was to have them during this stressful time. They are now coming back to secure the outside parameter from future invasions and putting down new insulation where the critters tore down and made their home. They are a one stop shop and more!. I am so blessed to have connected with this team.

The man who owns this company, Dave went to one of our customers we had for many years. Told them my dad was dieing and couldn't get the job done so they should hire him instead. Even though my dad was fully capable and had employees and ran the company from home due to him being paralyzed. The customer was extremely upset when they called my dad to tell him what dave had said. My father passed away two weeks later. Trying to steal customers from a man on his death bed is low enough but mocking him for dieing is honestly disturbing. All I can say is karma doesn't skip anyone. You reap what you so.
