A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. Although concerned we were shocked to be treated in such a disrespectful and rude manner. They actually refused to stand behind their work and tried to get additional funds from us. These awnings are expensive, were reported to be some of the best in the area. Our advice is to look elsewhere... they have the sale psychology down... how they stand behind their product and installation including the materials they use. Don't fall for it. Other installations near us have encountered the same experience. Poor installation practice and failures... only to be treated in a disrespectful manner with an outrageous estimate to fix the issue...
