I'm in Groton Mass not California!…read more These guys are AMAZING. I bought my first saws from them in 1986. YES 40 yrs. ago. One is a Jonsered 630 the other is an Jonsered 820. They are both still running like new. Parts are becoming difficult to find. These guys go out of their way to help me keep them going. What's even better is they don't give me any static about still using antiques. They know chainsaws better than anybody and understand that these two model are arguably two of the best saws ever made. A few yrs ago I purchased a new commercial Husqvarna backpack blower from a Mass dealer that was closing. Within the first few hours of use the coil failed. Husqvarna tech support told me that this coil failure was a known problem and that they were backordered with no arrival date. They went on to say that that they couldn't help me any further. So obviously I haven't bought anything Husqvarna since. But I went to Whites and told them my story . They weren't the least bit suspired. They proceeded to remove a coil from a parts blower and gave it to me free of charge. It's still going! As previously mentioned they are AMAZING!!

The first was knee deep in conversation, as he answered all his questions, next was a pickup of something he'd finished, and one was a spontaneous "Can you fix this, I was right in the middle of ...", which he fixed in about 5 minutes with a part salvaged from another he kept for salvage purpose. Then there was me at the end of the line, it was 5 minutes past closing, with a mower someone else had deemed in need of major overhaul advising I buy a new one. In under 2 minutes, he'd tightened a cable, and the machine was running good as new. As someone else put it, "he saved me hundreds of dollars", and more importantly to me, hours upon hours of shopping for replacement, for no good reason.
