I had what I would consider a "small" job...probably 2 hours of time, but I needed the expertise of an electrician as the work involved a high wattage heater in a bathroom. Three other companies refused the work citing "existing clients" were all they would service. I reached Brett's on a Friday of a holiday weekend...he texted me directly the following Tuesday saying he had availability if I was able to meet him. He arrived, was prompt and pleasant and immediately got to work. I'm glad I made the call as he found some prior work done in the heater that was literally a fire hazard...you could see where it was arcing Without him going the extra mile to remove the whole heater assembly this hazard would have gone undetected, posing a fire risk. He was able to restore the service, make it safe and all back together in a couple of hours while not breaking the bank. Nice guy and quality work!!!
