Mike came for the first round to work with our contractor to discuss the needs of the new kitchen, including GFI updates, kitchen island outlets and pendants, new LED recessed overhead lights, and under cabinet lighting and floor heating. They also made recommendations based on new codes coming into play over the next couple of years so that we would be compliant. That kind of attention to detail was most welcome. John, the Master Electrician who came to the house later, easily guided two young apprentices over 2 days of full-on work. John was amazing, listening to my questions, assisting me in last minute decisions, and making certain the customer was happy. John was very insistent in making sure we were happy and pleased with their work. His knowledge and background was priceless while I worked through the list of my wants and needs, he was very patient too, as I asked endless questions.
